This is the most expensive app in its category on the Shopify store by a wide margin, and the jump is not gradual — free to $450 a month with nothing in between.

Entry price per month, USD. Our own dated readings of 22 growth & revenue tools — not a market survey, and cheapest is not best.
A free plan that covers the first $1,000 of recovered email revenue, then Capture at $450 a month and Recapture at $500. Rating 4.8 from 154 reviews. Note the shape: the free tier is metered on recovered revenue rather than on time, so it ends when the tool starts working. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

It is also an add-on rather than a replacement: the pitch is explicitly that it recovers carts “Klaviyo misses” and syncs identity signals back into Klaviyo, so you are paying for this on top of an email platform you already pay for. Work out what $450 a month needs to recover before it breaks even, and compare that against simply improving the flows you already have.
Recovers abandoned carts Klaviyo misses — identifies visitors, syncs intent signals back into Klaviyo and lets an AI agent send a personalised recovery email. Free until $1,000 of recovered revenue, then $450 or $500 a month.

Recurring themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run Attribuly ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.
Where the ratings disagree. Everything public sits on one platform. The Shopify App Store listing carries 155 reviews at 4.8 and is also where the vendor replies, and no comparable body of buyer reviews exists elsewhere for this app. That is a thin base for a tool whose paid plans start in the hundreds per month, so weigh the setup complaints heavily: they are the part a trial will show you and the pricing question is the part it will not.
The gap between the two paid plans is $50 a month and it decides whether you own the product this app is named after. Capture, at $450, identifies anonymous visitors, enriches US emails and syncs those identities into Klaviyo, Meta and Google -- it finds people. Recapture, at $500, is the plan that actually recovers the abandoned carts Klaviyo misses, adds server-side tracking, Omnisend alongside Klaviyo, AI attribution across both views and clicks, and carries the 4x ROI guarantee.
Paying $450 to identify shoppers you then have to act on yourself is the worse of the two deals by some distance. Both come with a 14-day trial. Read on the App Store listing on 19 August 2026; rating 4.8 from 154 reviews.
Use the free tier deliberately, because it is a real test rather than a demo: it runs until $1,000 of recovered email revenue, which is enough to measure the lift against your existing Klaviyo flows. Record your baseline recovery rate before you install, not after, or you will have nothing to compare against. When the free tier ends you will have the one number that matters — how much revenue it recovered per month — and $450 either clears that or it does not.

Everything we publish about Attribuly links back here — the review stays the honest hub:
The ex-banker filter — the same yardstick on every review (how we review): My ex-banker filter is simple: does Attribuly remove a real cost — time, errors, missed revenue — bigger than what it charges?
It depends on whether you have the bottleneck it solves. Small teams get the most out of this category when one clear problem is already costing real hours or revenue; buying ahead of that just adds cost and another login. Price it against the hours or lost deals it removes, not against its feature list, and start on the smallest plan that covers the job.
