Every plan stops at 60,000 emails a year, about 5,000 a month, and the pricing page does not say what more sending costs, so a weekly newsletter to a few thousand contacts outgrows even the €499 plan.
European small and mid-sized businesses that want email, SMS, WhatsApp and website behaviour tracking in one EU-hosted platform, with a modest sending volume and a small marketing team.
you send large newsletters every week, you want month-to-month billing printed up front, or you only need a newsletter tool and not the automation and tracking layer.

Positive User, the platform formerly called User.com and now part of the French Positive group, sells a Marketing Suite in three plans. Campaigns is €69 a month billed annually with 1 seat: email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing, the drag-and-drop editor, a library of ready-made workflows, unlimited contacts, up to 60,000 emails a year, up to 6,000 WhatsApp messages a year and 5 active workflows.
Marketing Automation Suite is €199 a month with 2 seats and adds real-time visitor tracking, website personalisation, pop-ups, event tracking, a 360-degree contact view, advanced segmentation and AI agents, with 24,000 WhatsApp messages a year, 20 active workflows, 50 forms and 50 landing pages. Customer Engagement Platform is €499 a month with 2 seats and adds product recommendations, web push and the advanced data platform, with up to 120,000 WhatsApp messages a year, 100 workflows, 100 forms and 100 landing pages.
Every plan includes up to 60,000 emails a year. Extra seats cost €69, €99 or €199 a seat a month billed annually, depending on the plan. Add-ons: Loyalty Program €199 a month, Sales €59, Customer Service €59 and Mobile App Marketing €59, all billed annually; on Campaigns, forms and landing pages are €29 a month each. A separate Data & Activation Suite for teams of 10 or more users is not priced on the page.
The FAQ says monthly billing exists, but the page prints only annual prices; the free trial lasts 7 days with no card, auto-renewal is on by default, and cancelling stops the renewal without a refund.

The page prints only annual prices, seats beyond the included one or two cost €69 to €199 a month each, and auto-renewal is on by default: stopping an annual plan takes notice to your account manager at least 30 days ahead, with no refund for the rest of the term. The 7-day trial is short for an automation platform. We have not used Positive User ourselves.
Marketing automation platform from the French Positive group, formerly User.com: email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, real-time visitor tracking, website personalisation and workflows, hosted in Europe.

The three plans sell more channels, more automation and more seats, but not more email. Every plan, from €69 to €499 a month, includes up to 60,000 emails a year, which is 5,000 a month. A list of 2,000 contacts mailed twice a month uses 48,000 of that, so a weekly newsletter to a list that size already runs past the allowance, and the page does not print what extra sending costs.
What the steps buy is behaviour. Campaigns is a newsletter and SMS tool with five active workflows. The Marketing Automation Suite at €199 is where the product earns its name: real-time visitor tracking, website personalisation, pop-ups, event tracking and 20 workflows. The Customer Engagement Platform at €499 adds product recommendations, web push and a fuller data platform, which is mostly an e-commerce and app case. Seats are the other meter.
Campaigns includes one, the two larger plans include two, and extra seats cost €69, €99 or €199 a month each on annual billing. A team of five on the middle plan pays €199 plus three seats at €99, so €496 a month before add-ons. Read the renewal terms before you sign: auto-renewal is on, turning it off on an annual Marketing Suite plan means contacting your account manager at least 30 days before the renewal date, and cancelling does not refund the rest of the period.
Start with the 7-day trial, which the FAQ says needs no card and opens the full feature set, including the add-ons. Seven days is short, so prepare first: have a contact export and one real campaign ready before you start the clock. Use the trial to check the two numbers that set your bill. Count how many emails you send in a year, because every plan stops at 60,000, and count who needs a login, because seats cost €69 to €199 a month each after the first one or two.
If you want the automation, install the tracking script on day one and build one workflow from the library, such as an abandoned-form or welcome flow. That shows whether the visitor tracking on the €199 plan is worth the step up from Campaigns. Before you pay, put the renewal date in your calendar with a reminder at least 30 days ahead. That is the notice the FAQ asks for to stop an annual Marketing Suite plan from renewing.

The natural comparison is Brevo — Brevo is in our dossiers too and also combines email, SMS and WhatsApp for small businesses. Positive User puts the weight on behaviour: real-time visitor tracking, personalisation and workflows from the €199 plan, with unlimited contacts but a fixed 60,000 emails a year on every plan. A team whose cost driver is sending volume should price both on its real yearly email count before choosing..
Read on 7 October 2026, billed annually: Campaigns €69 a month with 1 seat, Marketing Automation Suite €199 with 2 seats, Customer Engagement Platform €499 with 2 seats. Extra seats are €69, €99 or €199 a month each, and add-ons such as Sales or Customer Service are €59 a month.
No. There is a 7-day free trial that the FAQ says needs no credit card and includes the full feature set and all add-ons. After that you choose a paid plan.
You can ask for auto-renewal to be cancelled at any time, but no refund is issued; you keep access until the end of the period. On annual Marketing Suite plans the FAQ asks for at least 30 days notice before the renewal date, and 3 business days before a monthly renewal.
Usually yes for the major platforms, but check yours specifically. Tools in this class typically ship native connectors for the big CMS, CRM and email platforms and fall back on Zapier, webhooks or an API for everything else. The practical question is whether your stack is on the native list or needs glue, because a missing native connector normally means either manual work or a paid middleware layer. Check the integrations page for your exact tools before you buy.
