SigniticSignitic Review (2026)Free Under 20 Users, Then €1 a Seat

MarketingResearched assessment · by Daniel HaketUpdated 2026-09-14

The homepage sells deployment 'without going through IT', and Signitic's own help centre contradicts that on every path in.

Best for: European organisations of roughly twenty people and up, on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, that want every signature centrally controlled and the banner slot run as a measurable campaign channel — and that need EU hosting and ISO 27001 on the record.

Pricing (2026)

✓ Pricing re-verified 14 Sep 2026

Signitic's own pricing page, read in euros from a European connection, carries three tiers. Free covers organisations up to 19 employees and gives one signature template, one banner campaign, and a Signitic badge at the bottom of every signature that the plan does not let you remove. The paid tier — the card the page marks Most popular — is €1 per user with a minimum of 20 licences, and it is where the caps come off: unlimited signature templates, unlimited banner campaigns, a custom subdomain for deliverability, multi-entity segmentation, A/B testing with click statistics, and no badge.

That card prints the euro and the word user but never a period; the ROI calculator further down the same page settles it, pricing 100 employees at 1 200 € a year, which is twelve euros per user per year — so the euro is monthly, and the 20-licence minimum puts the real floor at twenty euros a month. The third tier is Custom and carries no public figure: advanced permission management, campaign targeting from CRM lists, HRIS/SFTP integration, vCard digital business cards and a dedicated support team all sit behind a quote. Registered non-profits are offered 50% off subject to an eligibility check. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

The catch

Connecting Google Workspace is possible only from the Super Admin profile, and if that admin ever changes you have to reconnect or call support. Microsoft 365 needs an Azure Active Directory administrator account. Rolling out the Outlook add-in — the fuller of the two Microsoft options — needs a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator plus the Exchange Administrator role carrying the ReadWriteMailbox permission, must not be installed by end users themselves, and can take up to 72 hours to appear in people's Outlook.

Marketing does keep the keys afterwards, which is the real promise; it does not get them without IT first. The add-in also needs a Microsoft 365 Outlook licence at version 16.0.14026.20000 or later, so Outlook 2013 to 2021 and Apple Mail fall back to the Signitic agent, which pushes plain signatures instead.

What Signitic does

Email signature management for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365: central templates, per-entity branding, and clickable banner campaigns with click statistics. ISO 27001 certified and hosted in Europe.

When the paid plan is worth it

Free and paid do not overlap here, so the upgrade is a threshold rather than a judgement call: the free plan stops at 19 employees and the paid tier will not sell fewer than 20 licences. Cross twenty people and you are buying, at a floor of twenty euros a month. What the euro removes is three hard caps rather than a long feature list — free gives exactly one signature template, exactly one banner campaign, and a Signitic badge on every signature that cannot be switched off.

The paid tier lifts all three and adds the machinery that turns a signature into a channel: multi-entity segmentation so a group of brands can share one template without sharing its logos, A/B testing, click statistics, scheduled start and end dates on a banner, Canva import, and a custom subdomain for deliverability. The step above that is unpriced, and the integration rows show exactly where the line falls: on the paid tier Hubspot and Salesforce are marked 'signatures only', while CRM-list campaign targeting arrives with Custom, and Marketo, Outreach and Sellsy appear on no tier below it.

An organisation that wants signature data driven from its HRIS, or campaigns aimed at a Salesforce list, is therefore in a quote conversation rather than on a card.

How to actually use Signitic

Setup runs from the Connectors tab, and its shape depends on which directory you are on. For Google Workspace you enter the administrator's email address, accept the permission screen from the Super Admin account, and connect all Organizational Units — the help centre warns that groups will not connect, only OUs — after which your domains and users import. One step is easy to miss and it is the one that makes the product do anything: signature updating is off by default on every destination connector.

You go back into Connector settings, edit the integration and switch it on, or nothing changes in anyone's mailbox. For Microsoft 365 you connect from an Azure AD administrator account and then decide three things that are awkward to reverse: whether directory data overwrites Signitic data daily, whether newly imported users arrive active, and whether profile photos come across (off by default, for speed). Aliases and shared mailboxes each count as a separate user with their own signature.

Your org chart is built by mapping up to three directory attribute levels onto Signitic groups, and Signitic reads attributes from user profiles rather than group memberships in 365 — a distinction that decides whether your segmentation lands correctly on the first import. Outlook then needs either the add-in (Microsoft 365 subscription, a Global Administrator to deploy it, up to 72 hours before it shows up, never installed by users individually) or the agent, which covers Outlook 2013-2021 and Apple Mail with plain signatures.

On Gmail a Chrome or Edge extension handles the internal-versus-external distinction, and a hard refresh shows the new signature.

Distilled from Vendor material only, read on 14 September 2026; nothing here was tested by us. Tiers, figures and the feature comparison table come from www.signitic.com/pricing, rendered in a browser because the plan cards and comparison rows are not in the served HTML; the twelve euros per user per year reading comes from the ROI calculator on that same page at its 100-employee default. Setup and the administrator requirements come from the Signitic help centre at support.signitic.com: 'Connect Google Workspace to Signitic' (article 8224276), 'Connect Microsoft 365' (8224279), 'Deploy the Outlook add-in' (8224361), 'Prerequisites for Signitic Add-in for Outlook' (8224363), 'Should I use the add-in or the Agent?' (9424702) and 'What are the permissions required to deploy the add-in' (9561080). The 'deployment without IT' claim is quoted from www.signitic.com, which serves a European visitor its French homepage. The Exclaimer figures in the comparison come from exclaimer.com/pricing, read the same day on its euro storefront. No independent hands-on walkthrough of Signitic was found.

The natural comparison is Exclaimer — Exclaimer's euro storefront starts at €0.85 per user per month billed annually for a single template, reaches unlimited templates, banners and recipient targeting at €1.35, and adds HubSpot, Salesforce and usage metrics at €1.60; Signitic asks €1 per user for everything except its unpriced Custom tier, but sells nothing below 20 licences and hosts in Europe under ISO 27001.

Frequently asked questions

What should I weigh before buying Marketing software?

Usually yes for the major platforms, but check yours specifically. Tools in this class typically ship native connectors for the big CMS, CRM and email platforms and fall back on Zapier, webhooks or an API for everything else. The practical question is whether your stack is on the native list or needs glue, because a missing native connector normally means either manual work or a paid middleware layer. Check the integrations page for your exact tools before you buy.
