A pixel app earns its fee by being dull: it has to fire every event, every day, and you only notice it when it stops.

Three paid plans and no free plan, each with a 14-day free trial. Basic is $10 a month for one active pixel, Standard is $15 a month for five active pixels, and Unlimited is $30 a month for unlimited Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest pixels with unlimited Conversions API tracking and server-side events. Every plan supports Facebook (Meta), TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest, and includes the Conversions API and server-side tracking for its active pixels plus 24/7 support; the plans differ only in the number of pixels.
No yearly price is listed. All charges are in USD, billed through Shopify every 30 days. The listing is titled 'SB: Facebook Pixel and TikTok'; the developer is Shark Byte, Inc of Parkland, Florida, the listing gives a launch date of 26 September 2018 and it shows 22 reviews. The critical reviews on FBtrack's listing are about the day it stopped. In June 2026 a Spanish merchant with twelve months on the app wrote that tracking had stopped from one day to the next without warning; Shark Byte apologised and replied that the outage was caused by an incident. In December 2024 an Indian store two years in reported that Add to Cart events had not arrived since it started using the app and that a support ticket had gone unanswered; the developer apologised for the missing event and the slow reply.
In April 2023 a merchant said only the Purchase event failed to reach Facebook on one store, which support then fixed. With 22 reviews in eight years there is not much else to weigh these against. Much of the basic job is available for nothing. Meta's own Facebook & Instagram app for Shopify is free to install and sets up a conversion pixel, and the three apps the App Store lists next to FBtrack for the same job are free, free to install or have a free plan.
What FBtrack adds is several pixels at once, such as a pixel per collection or a backup pixel, and TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest tags from the same screen. If you run one Meta pixel, check what the free route already gives you before you pay $10 a month. There is no product website. The domain in the support address, fbtrack.app, has no site behind it, and the app runs from optiapps.xyz, where the only page is a login screen.
The listing's feature tags include campaign management and bid optimization, but the plans describe pixels, the Conversions API and server-side events only: FBtrack sends data to your ad platforms and does not run your ads. A 2024 review from Italy said charges continued two months after the merchant uninstalled and cancelled; the developer apologised. Check your next Shopify bill after you remove it. We have not installed the app.
Shopify app that installs several Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest pixels at once, with Conversions API and server-side event tracking for each; plans differ only in how many pixels are active.

The three plans carry the same features; what changes is the number of active pixels. Basic at $10 a month covers one, Standard at $15 covers five, and Unlimited at $30 removes the cap for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest alike. Every plan includes the Conversions API and server-side tracking for the pixels it covers, the same support and the same 14-day trial. So count pixels, not platforms. A store with one Meta pixel and one TikTok pixel already needs two, which is Standard.
Stores that use a pixel per collection, which one 2019 reviewer used to run ads for several niches from one shop, or that keep backup pixels as another reviewer did, reach five quickly, and the sixth moves you to $30. The listing shows no yearly discount, so the monthly price is the price.
Before you install, open Meta Events Manager and note which pixels and events your store already sends. The fault reviewers describe most often is not a missing event but a doubled one: a pixel installed by the theme, by Meta's own Shopify channel and by FBtrack at the same time. One merchant's purchases only counted correctly after support found duplicate events, and another had to remove the pixel from the Shopify settings and move it into FBtrack before the numbers matched.
Use the 14-day trial to test the one event that pays for everything: place a real test order and check that the Purchase event arrives once, with the right value, in Meta and in every other ad platform you connect. Check Add to Cart as well, since that is the event one long-term user said never arrived. Only then point live campaigns at the data. If you uninstall later, confirm the charge has gone from your next Shopify bill.

Facebook (Meta), TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest, with Conversions API and server-side tracking for every active pixel on every plan.
No. Its plans cover pixels, the Conversions API and server-side events: it sends event data to your ad platforms and leaves campaigns and bids to them.
Usually yes for the major platforms, but check yours specifically. Tools in this class typically ship native connectors for the big CMS, CRM and email platforms and fall back on Zapier, webhooks or an API for everything else. The practical question is whether your stack is on the native list or needs glue, because a missing native connector normally means either manual work or a paid middleware layer. Check the integrations page for your exact tools before you buy.
