The cheapest paid price only covers 500 subscribers, fewer than the 2,500 on the free plan, so the 8.03€ headline rises as soon as your list is larger; the page shows the step prices only on its slider.
small businesses, shops and creators with lists up to a few thousand subscribers who want newsletters, automation, forms and SMS at a low price, starting on a free plan that is generous on volume.
you need a long list of native integrations with niche tools, or deep CRM and sales pipeline features alongside your email, or you will not check the slider price for your real list size.

Sender prices by the size of your list on a slider, and every figure here is for the lowest step. The Free Forever plan costs nothing, needs no card, never expires and covers up to 2,500 subscribers and 15,000 emails a month for one seat, with newsletters, automation, landing pages, signup forms and popups and transactional emails; your emails and forms carry Sender branding.
Standard is 8.03€ a month on monthly billing for up to 500 subscribers and 6,000 emails a month, with 3 seats, no branding, SMS, unlimited templates and landing pages, A/B testing and ecommerce reports. Professional is 13.39€ a month for the same 500 subscribers and 12,000 emails, with 10 seats, a monthly SMS credit, advanced automation and reports, priority support and a dedicated IP on request at no extra cost.
Annual billing is the monthly price times twelve (96.39€ for Standard, 160.65€ for Professional), with 30% off the first year for first-time users: 67.47€ and 112.46€. Monthly email allowance on paid plans is 12 times your subscriber count on Standard and 24 times on Professional, with no daily sending limits. Enterprise is custom. A pay-as-you-go option sells credits without a subscription: 26€ for 5,000 emails.
SMS is bought per message by destination country (0.108€ to the Netherlands on our reading). Prices exclude VAT. Every new account gets a 14-day Professional trial with no card, after which it falls back to Free.

The 30% annual discount is for the first year and first-time users only. Prices exclude VAT. We could not read the refund terms: the terms-of-service link returned an error page on 13 October 2026. The support speed and customer figures on the pricing page are Sender's own claims. We have not used Sender ourselves.
Email and SMS marketing platform for small businesses and shops: newsletters, automation, landing pages, signup forms and popups and transactional email, with a generous free plan and paid tiers priced by list size.

Read the plan cards side by side and the odd thing is the volume. Free covers 2,500 subscribers and 15,000 emails a month. Standard at its first price step covers 500 subscribers and 6,000 emails. So Standard is not where you go for more sending; at 500 subscribers it is a plan for removing the Sender branding, getting three seats, SMS and A/B testing. If your list is bigger than 500, slide the selector to your real size before you compare, because the 8.03€ figure only holds at the bottom step.
Professional adds what grows with a business: twice the email allowance per subscriber, ten seats, advanced automation and reports, priority support and a monthly SMS credit. The dedicated IP comes free on request, though Sender's own FAQ recommends one only above about 500,000 emails a month. Budget the second year at the list price. The 30% annual discount is for the first year and for first-time users, so on Standard the jump is from 67.47€ to 96.39€ a year at the lowest step, before VAT.
Start on Free Forever; every new account also runs 14 days on Professional with no card, and drops back to Free when the trial ends. Use those two weeks to test the parts you would pay for, such as advanced automation, A/B tests and the reports, on your real list. Before you choose a paid plan, set the pricing slider to your actual subscriber count and switch between annual and monthly: the cards on the page open on the annual view with the first-year discount, which is not what you will pay from year two.
Authenticate your sending domain early and, if you send in volume, ask support about a dedicated IP on Professional. Sender offers a free migration service from other email tools; take it if you are moving lists, templates and automations from Mailchimp or similar.
Sender's own pricing page at sender.net/pricing, read in a live browser on 13 October 2026 from a Netherlands connection, in both the annual and the monthly billing view, with the FAQ opened (VAT excluded, branding removal on paid plans, dedicated IP on Professional on request, the Free Forever limits, how the 14-day Professional trial works). The currency switch did not respond in our browser, so the US dollar figures come from a server copy of the same page read the same night.
The terms-of-service link returned a 'we lost this page' error, so refund terms are not used. Customer counts, support response times, satisfaction figures and the review quotes on the page are Sender's own and are not used as evidence. Sender is a PartnerStack partner of ours. The natural comparison is Moosend — Moosend is in our dossiers too, re-verified on 9 October 2026: Pro from $7 a month billed yearly or $9 monthly for 500 contacts, rising with list size, with a 30-day free trial and no permanent free plan. Sender, read on 13 October 2026 in euros, has a Free Forever plan up to 2,500 subscribers and 15,000 emails a month, and Standard from 8.03€ a month at 500 subscribers, excluding VAT. The entry prices are close; the difference is that Sender lets a small list stay free indefinitely, while Moosend offers a trial and then charges. The currencies are not converted here..
Yes, on the Free Forever plan: up to 2,500 subscribers and 15,000 emails a month, one seat, no card and no expiry, according to the pricing page and its FAQ read on 13 October 2026. Emails and forms carry Sender branding until you move to a paid plan or the pay-as-you-go credits.
The prices on the plan cards are for the lowest step of the subscriber slider: 8.03€ a month for up to 500 subscribers and 6,000 emails, read from a Netherlands connection on 13 October 2026. The price rises as you slide to a bigger list, so set the slider to your real list size before comparing.
Sender's FAQ says every new Free Forever account gets 14 days of Professional without a card or anything to activate, and that the account returns to the Free Forever plan automatically when the trial ends. Read 13 October 2026.
