Pricing (2026)

✓ Pricing re-verified 17 Sep 2026

Starter $30 a month, Professional $99 and Elite $197, each with a 14-day free trial — all three unchanged since 19 August 2026. Starter is also sold annually at $240 a year, which is $20 a month for the same tier, and it is the only tier with a published annual rate. The listing does spell out what the steps buy: Starter carries unlimited orders, unlimited products, automatic order fulfilment, a dedicated support team and 1-click product add; Professional adds live monthly training, priority support and a dedicated success manager; Elite adds monthly one-on-one coaching on top.

Product and shipping cost is charged per order on top of the subscription. All charges are billed in USD and recur every 30 days. The listing now carries 159 reviews averaging 4.8, up from 142 averaging 4.7 on 19 August, distributed 130 / 14 / 7 / 4 / 4 from five down to one. Developer The Doughty Organization; the app launched 11 April 2018. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

The catch

Starter already carries unlimited orders, unlimited products and automatic fulfilment — the whole product, in other words. Professional at $99 adds live monthly training, priority support and a success manager; Elite at $197 adds monthly one-on-one coaching on top. You are buying people, not capability: nothing above Starter makes the coffee ship faster or cost less per bag. The annual rate is the move worth noticing in the other direction, since $240 a year against $30 a month is a third off the same tier.

Beyond that the model is narrow by design — one product category, roasted and shipped from their own US facilities in 3-5 business days, with no route to source elsewhere or negotiate the per-order cost.

What Dripshipper does

Private-label coffee and tea dropshipping for Shopify: they roast, bag and ship from their own US facilities within 3-5 business days, with your brand on the packaging.

What buyers report about Dripshipper

Recurring themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run Dripshipper ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.

What they praise
  • • The fulfilment side is what merchants keep crediting: roasted to order, bagged, labelled and shipped without the store owner touching it, with orders flowing through automatically once the connection is made.
  • • Product quality carries the positive reviews — several merchants say their own customers compliment the coffee unprompted, which is the part a dropshipper cannot fix later.
  • • White-labelling is the reason people stay: your bag, your brand, someone else's roastery, and enough of it automated that the merchant's time goes into marketing instead of packing.
What they complain about
  • • Margin is the recurring complaint and it is arithmetic, not opinion. Merchants put the landed cost of a 12oz bag at about $14: one calculates that $19 retail leaves $5 (August 2022), another says a 76% markup was needed to clear anything once the subscription was counted (January 2026), and a third simply calls the pricing uncompetitive (November 2025).
  • • Support timing is the second theme, across years rather than in one bad week: 24-hour replies during a store launch (January 2026), a scheduled Zoom the vendor did not attend after a $99 setup package was paid (May 2025), and a deaf merchant who was given no interpreter for a call (May 2025).
  • • A no-refund, no-exchange policy on product means a customer complaint is yours to absorb, and one merchant describes an order that fell out of the system over a holiday and support asking them to recreate the paid order — which duplicated the charge notification to their customer and corrupted their books.

Where the ratings disagree. The split in this record is between people testing the idea and people running it. Short-tenure reviewers rate the app; multi-year merchants rate the supply chain, and that is where the criticism lives — one reviewer with over a year on the platform sums it up as paying a monthly fee to sit as a third party with no direct line to the supplier, and eventually went to roasters directly. Nothing above the entry tier changes any of that: the higher plans buy coaching and a success manager, not cheaper coffee. So price one bag end to end, including the subscription, before you decide the category works for you at all.

When the paid plan is worth it

The one clear saving here is on the entry plan and it is larger than the usual annual discount. Starter is $30 a month, or $240 for a year, which is $20 a month -- a third off rather than the ten or twenty per cent most vendors offer. If you are going to run a private-label coffee store for a year at all, that is $120 saved for a decision you were making anyway.

The steps above it buy people, not product. Professional at $99 is more than three times Starter and adds live monthly training, priority support and a success manager; Elite at $197 is double again for monthly one-on-one coaching. Starter already carries unlimited orders, unlimited products and automatic fulfilment, so upgrading does not make the coffee ship faster or cost less per bag. Neither higher tier shows an annual rate, so ask whether the annual discount extends upward before you move.

The subscription is the smaller line anyway: product and shipping cost is charged per order on top, in USD, recurring every 30 days. Work out your per-order margin before the plan price matters at all.

How to actually use Dripshipper

Start on Starter and use the 14-day trial on the coffee rather than on the app: order your own product with your own label and time the 3-5 business day claim from your own address. Work the numbers on a single bag before you list a range. Per-order product and shipping cost sits on top of the $30, and coffee is heavy, so shipping eats a larger share of the margin here than in most dropshipping.

If the model holds, move Starter to the annual $240 instead of moving up the ladder — Professional and Elite buy training and a success manager, not better fulfilment. And have the label design finished before launch, since the private-label packaging is the only thing separating your store from every other Dripshipper store.

Frequently asked questions

What does Dripshipper cost, and is the annual plan worth taking?

Three monthly tiers, read on apps.shopify.com/dripshipper on 17 September 2026 and unchanged since 19 August: Starter $30, Professional $99, Elite $197, each with a 14-day free trial. Starter is also sold as an annual plan at $240 a year, which works out at $20 a month for exactly the same tier — a third off, rather than the usual ten or twenty per cent. It is also the only tier with a published annual rate, so if you want a year of Professional or Elite up front you will have to ask. The subscription is not the whole bill, though, and on this app it is not even the big line: product and shipping cost is charged per order on top, in USD, recurring every 30 days. Coffee is heavy, so work out the margin on a single bag before the plan price matters at all.

What do Professional and Elite actually add?

People, not fulfilment. The listing is explicit about it as read on 17 September 2026. Starter already carries unlimited orders, unlimited products, automatic order fulfilment, a 1-click product add and a dedicated support team — that is the working product. Professional at $99 adds live monthly training, priority support and a dedicated success manager. Elite at $197 adds monthly one-on-one coaching on top of that. Nothing above Starter changes how the coffee is roasted, bagged or shipped, and nothing changes the per-order cost you pay them. So the honest way to read the ladder is as a coaching subscription bolted onto a fulfilment service: worth it if you want someone walking you through building the store, and dead weight if you already know what you are doing. Moving Starter to the annual $240 saves more than either step up adds.

What kind of track record does the app have on Shopify?

Its own listing is the only public record, which is worth naming as a limit: this is the vendor's sales channel, not an independent panel. As read on 17 September 2026 it carries 159 reviews averaging 4.8, up from 142 averaging 4.7 a month earlier, so the recent direction is more reviews and a slightly better average. The spread is 130 at the top, then 14, 7, 4 and 4 — about one in twenty reviewers sits at the bottom two levels. What recent reviewers actually praise is the support and the hands-off fulfilment; the concrete gripe in the current top three is a discontinued blend, from a shop that has run the app over three years and says its customers missed it. That is the real constraint of this model in one line: a single supplier decides your catalogue. The app launched on 11 April 2018.

What should I weigh before buying E-commerce software?

Check your platform and version specifically. Shopify support is close to universal in this category, while WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and headless setups vary a lot, and 'supported' sometimes means a generic API rather than a maintained app. A listing in your own platform's app store, with recent reviews there, is a better signal than the vendor's logo wall.
