Three published plans plus Enterprise, priced on synced orders a month; customer lookups are unlimited on every plan. Starter is free for 50 orders a month, and orders past that do not sync until the next billing cycle. Growth starts at $9 a month or $84 a year for 300 orders, with 700 orders at $19 ($180 a year) and 1,000 at $29 ($276 a year).
Advanced starts at $49 a month or $468 a year for 2,000 orders and climbs through 3,000 ($69), 5,000 ($99), 7,000 ($129), 10,000 ($179), 15,000 ($249) and 20,000 ($299), then in $50 steps to $599 a month, or $5,748 a year, for 50,000 orders. Above 50,000 orders Enterprise is quoted on request. On monthly billing every order past the allowance costs $0.05; on annual billing there is no overage and new orders stop syncing until you upgrade.
The Shopify listing shows only the first rung of Growth and of Advanced; the full ladder is in the pricing article. Growth and Advanced carry a 7-day free trial, once per store. All charges are in USD through Shopify's billing, every 30 days. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
What the pricing page doesn’t say
In-plan, Growth works out at 3 cents an order ($9 for 300), and the rate falls as you climb, to about 1.8 cents at 10,000 orders and 1.2 cents at 50,000. On monthly billing every order past your allowance costs 5 cents, and the plan does not stop you at the limit. A merchant wrote in September 2025 that the $9 plan had cost them $46 in a single month without warning; Track123 replied that the store had kept syncing orders past its 300 and advised setting the capped amount for usage charges to $0.01, or whatever figure you are willing to pay.
Do that on the first day, not after the first invoice. Annual billing swaps the surprise bill for a silent stop. The pricing article says annual plans have no overage: once the allowance is used up, new orders stop syncing until you upgrade, and the free plan stops the same way until the next cycle. The FAQ adds that after an upgrade only the last 7 days of orders sync again automatically; older ones need a manual sync, and a customer who looks up an unsynced order is told it cannot be found.
On a tracking page whose job is to stop 'where is my order' emails, a stalled sync produces exactly those emails. The features most stores would pay for sit on the $49 tier. Estimated delivery dates, automatic translation of carrier scans, removal of the Track123 branding and the Klaviyo, Omnisend, Slack and Gorgias integrations are all Advanced; Growth at $9 adds custom email notifications, PayPal and Stripe tracking sync, data export and analytics.
The critical reviews are about data quality: in April 2026 a US merchant said a UPS parcel due that day showed an arrival more than a week out, and another said the auto-translation had changed a state abbreviation, which Track123 replied it had fixed. The FAQ also warns that a fulfilment app with permission to edit tracking links can overwrite Track123's link with its own. The help centre counts 1,500+ carriers and the vendor's homepage 1,700+. We have not installed the app.
What Track123 does
Shopify order-tracking app: a branded tracking page and order lookup on your own store, synced from 1,500+ carriers, with Shopify shipping emails pointed at that page, a dropshipping mode that hides origin details, and PayPal and Stripe tracking sync. Priced on synced orders a month, with a free tier; estimated delivery dates and branding removal sit on the higher Advanced plan.
Price it per order, and size it on your peak month
Work the ladder per order. Growth is $9 for 300, 3 cents an order; $19 for 700, about 2.7 cents; and $29 for 1,000, 2.9 cents, so the top Growth rung costs more per order than the one below it. Advanced is $49 for 2,000, about 2.5 cents; $99 for 5,000, about 2 cents; $179 for 10,000, about 1.8 cents; and $599 for 50,000, 1.2 cents. The 5-cent overage on monthly billing is always dearer than moving up.
At 500 orders a month, $9 plus 200 extra orders is $19, the price of the 700-order tier. From about 900 orders the $29 tier beats $19 plus overage, and from about 1,400 orders Advanced at $49 beats the top Growth tier plus overage. Size the plan on your busiest month, set the usage cap, and let the quiet months sit under it. Annual billing takes 20 to 22% off, $84 instead of $108 for the first Growth tier and $468 instead of $588 for the first Advanced tier, but replaces the overage with a hard stop, so buy a year only when your volume is steady.
The free plan is a real option for a small store: 50 synced orders a month with the branded tracking page, order lookup, Shopify's own shipping emails and dropshipping mode. Orders past 50 are simply not tracked until the next cycle.
How to actually use Track123
Install from the Shopify App Store. Track123's setup guide has three steps. First, build the tracking page; its default address is your store's myshopify domain followed by /apps/track123, and you add it to your store's navigation. Second, link Shopify's shipping emails to that page, so the tracking number in the email opens your page rather than the carrier's. Third, set the carriers you use, which the app relies on to match tracking numbers.
By default the app syncs the last 14 days of orders; its FAQ says you can pull in up to 60 days from Orders, Sync orders. Orders that do not need shipping are not synced. Before your first busy week, set the capped amount for usage charges if you bill monthly, and check which of your fulfilment apps may edit tracking links, because the FAQ says they can replace Track123's link with their own.

The prices cross more than once: at 2,000 a month Trackr is $45 and Track123 $49; at 10,000 Track123's $179 is cheaper, because Trackr's $150 tier stops at 9,000; at 18,000 Trackr's $250 beats Track123's $299 for 20,000. A small store that wants delivery estimates pays less on Trackr's $10 plan; a small store that only needs a branded page and lookup pays nothing on Track123..

Does it charge for customer lookups?
No. Plans count synced orders; the pricing article says lookups on the tracking page are unlimited on every plan.
What should I weigh before buying E-commerce software?
Check your platform and version specifically. Shopify support is close to universal in this category, while WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and headless setups vary a lot, and 'supported' sometimes means a generic API rather than a maintained app. A listing in your own platform's app store, with recent reviews there, is a better signal than the vendor's logo wall.
