Doba sells four subscription tiers. Billed monthly, Limited is $29.99 a month, Basic $59.99, Standard $149.99 and Enterprise $299.99. Quarterly billing takes 5% off (Limited $28.67, Basic $57.00, Standard $142.67 a month) and annual billing 15% (Limited $25.50, Basic $51.00, Standard $127.50 a month); Enterprise is sold monthly or annually only. Basic has a 7-day trial and Standard a 5-day trial, each for US$0.99.
The fees policy says the full fee of the chosen tier is charged automatically when the trial ends, and the terms limit trials to first-time users. The subscription is not the whole bill: the fees policy says product costs, shipping, drop or order handling fees and transaction charges are paid separately at the time of purchase. Limited is a test drive; the catalogue opens at Basic
The tiers differ in how much of the catalogue you can actually move into your stores. Limited at $29.99 a month connects one store, allows 30 one-click listings and an inventory list of 20 products, and its plan card lists no monthly product downloads. Basic at $59.99 is the first tier that looks like a working store: two store integrations, 250 one-click listings, 600 products on the inventory list, 450 product downloads a month and 30 AI auto-listings.
Standard at $149.99 is where Doba puts the tools for sellers who run several stores: five integrations, 1,000 listings, 3,000 inventory places, 2,000 downloads a month, API access at 3 requests a second, a dedicated account manager and FTP access. Enterprise at $299.99 raises the counts to 15 stores and 15,000 inventory places with API access at 5 requests a second. Remember that every tier adds the cost of the products and shipping on each order, so the subscription is the smaller line once you sell.
How to actually use Doba
Register a retailer account with an email address or a social login. A new account starts as a "No Plan" account, which according to the help centre only shows product titles and images, so you choose a plan before you can work with the catalogue: open Pricing Plan, pick the plan and the billing cycle (monthly, quarterly or yearly) and subscribe. To sell through Shopify, go to Stores in the left menu, click Connect a New Store, select Shopify and follow the authorisation page there.
