Keywords and mentions decide the plan
Each step up buys more keywords and a bigger monthly mention allowance: 3 keywords and 2K mentions on Individual, 7 and 10k on Team, 12 and 40K on Pro, 25 and 100K on Business. Team is also the first plan with more than one user (unlimited from there) and hourly instead of twelve-hourly updates, so for any team it is the realistic floor at $299 a month billed annually. Pro is where the AI features arrive: real-time updates, AI Events Detection, the AI Brand Assistant, and AI Insights and Topics for 2 projects.
Business lifts AI Insights to 5 projects and adds a Client Success Lead and advanced reports, which matters mostly to agencies running several brands. Billing annually saves $50 a month on Individual and Team and $100 a month on Pro and Business, our arithmetic from the two views of the page. The pricing FAQ says going over a keyword or mention limit never adds a charge above your plan price, so a plan that is too small does not produce a surprise invoice; what happens to mentions above the limit is not spelled out on the page.

Brand24's setup asks you to choose the keywords to monitor, separating several with commas, and to select the language of the mentions it collects. Use the trial to count how many mentions your keywords actually produce in two weeks, because the plans are capped at 2K to 100K mentions a month and 3 to 25 keywords.
