Pricing (2026)

✓ Pricing re-verified 17 Oct 2026

Four fixed plans, each with unlimited campaigns, sequences and templates and no daily sending caps. Starter is $19 a month for 20,000 emails a month and 10,000 active contacts, 1 seat, 15 AI credits a day and 3 warm-up accounts. Pro is $49 for 100,000 emails and 50,000 contacts, 1 seat, 50 AI credits a day and 10 warm-up accounts. Growth is $99 for 200,000 emails and 100,000 contacts, 1 seat, 100 credits and 20 warm-up accounts.

Team / Agency is $199 for 350,000 emails, 200,000 contacts, 10 team seats, 200 credits and 50 warm-up accounts. Starter keeps logs for 30 days, the others for 60. Above that, Custom starts at $300 a month for 300K to 2M+ emails at $1.00 per 1,000 emails. Annual billing is advertised as two months free, saving up to $398 a year; we did not get the annual totals to display, so check them at checkout.

Monthly plans start with a 14-day free trial. The terms say paid fees are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

Category context: Sales & CRM. Across the 14 tools in this category that we researched with a public US-dollar price, the median entry price is $44 a month (lowest paid plan as listed, per seat where the vendor prices per seat). OutSends’s entry price of $19 a month sits below that median. Compare pricing conditions in the Software Cost Atlas →

What the pricing page doesn’t say

OutSends pricing page

The catch

The FAQ promises 100% primary inbox placement from its warm-up, which no sending tool controls. The cards do not name their currency, and annual totals were not shown to us.

What OutSends does

Cold email platform for Gmail senders: contact management, campaigns with automated follow-ups, peer-to-peer warm-up and reporting, on flat plans metered by monthly emails and active contacts.

You buy sending volume; only Team adds seats

The plans step on monthly emails and active contacts, and every plan below Team / Agency has one seat. Per 1,000 emails at full use, Starter works out at about $0.95, Pro $0.49, Growth $0.50 and Team $0.57, our arithmetic from the plan prices. Custom is billed at $1.00 per 1,000, so above 350,000 emails a month the rate per email goes up, not down. That makes Pro the plan with the most volume for the money if one person runs the outreach.

Team / Agency at $199 is the only plan where colleagues get their own seats, ten of them. The warm-up accounts also scale with the plan, from 3 on Starter to 50 on Team, which matters if you rotate many sending mailboxes. Paid fees are not refunded, so use the 14-day trial on a monthly plan to test deliverability before you pay, and before you commit to annual billing.

How to actually use OutSends

Start the 14-day trial on a monthly plan; the pricing page ties the trial to monthly billing. OutSends' documentation describes the setup: sign in with Google, connect a Gmail sender under Senders, import a small contact list and map its variables, then build a reusable template. Send your first campaign to a small list you know, and let warm-up run on a new sending address before you raise the volume.

Check what the cold email rules require where your recipients live, such as an unsubscribe link and a lawful basis for contacting them. Count your monthly emails and active contacts before you choose a plan, because those two numbers decide the price, and note that only Team / Agency gives colleagues their own seats. Paid fees are not refunded, so decide during the trial.

Distilled from OutSends' own pages: outsends.com/pricing, read in a browser on 17 October 2026 (monthly view, comparison table and FAQ); the homepage, the documentation at outsends.com/docs and the terms at outsends.com/terms, read on 15 October 2026. The per-seat plus per-email-account model makes total cost unpredictable as you scale, and reviews flag support response times and the LinkedIn Chrome-extension's reliability.
Best for
outbound teams that live in cold email and want multichannel sequences, warm-up and a big template community in one per-seat tool

Both names above are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. Neither changes what this table says.

The natural comparison is lemlist — lemlist is in our dossiers too: its Email plan was $69 a month, or $55 billed yearly, for unlimited users and 50,000 emails a month when we read it on 5 October 2026. OutSends is cheaper per email for one sender, from $19 for 20,000 emails, but gives extra seats only on its $199 Team plan..
