The headline plan price is only part of the bill: calls, SMS, email and AI features are usage-based and the add-ons are charged per sub-account.

Best for

marketing agencies and consultants who manage several clients and want CRM, funnels, texting, email and automation in one white-label platform.

you need a simple CRM for one small team, a flat price with no metered usage, or you do not want to spend time configuring a large platform.

HighLevel sells its agency CRM and marketing-automation platform in three published plans plus a custom Enterprise plan. Starter costs $97 a month ($970 a year) and is meant for one business or a few clients; the FAQ says it includes 3 sub-accounts. Unlimited costs $297 a month, for agencies managing unlimited clients, and adds a white-label desktop app, basic API access and pass-through billing for usage and add-ons.

Founder costs $497 a month and adds SaaS mode with unlimited reselling, project management, meeting rooms and events. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel. The page shows annual prices next to the monthly ones, but the annual amounts on the Unlimited and Founder cards do not match their monthly plans in the page text we read, so we do not quote them.

Usage-based charges apply to conversation AI, voice AI, reviews AI, email and SMS marketing and calling, and optional add-ons are billed on top, for example the AI Employee plans at $50 or $97 a month per sub-account, the branded client portal app at $49 a month per sub-account and HIPAA compliance at $297 a month. The FAQ says billing is month to month with no long-term contract. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

Category context: Sales & CRM. Across the 18 tools in this category that we researched with a public US-dollar price, the median entry price is $44 a month (lowest paid plan as listed, per seat where the vendor prices per seat). HighLevel’s entry price of $97 a month sits above that median. Compare pricing conditions in the Software Cost Atlas →

What the pricing page doesn’t say

HighLevel pricing page
HighLevel’s own pricing page Nov 2026. Prices change — always check the live page.
The catch

Billing starts automatically when the free trial ends, and the pricing page changes its plan names and annual figures between pages, so confirm the plan and amount at checkout.

What HighLevel does

All-in-one CRM, funnel, texting, email and automation platform for agencies, with white-label options and a 14-day free trial.

HighLevel product
HighLevel, from their own site — for context, not a paid placement.

Unlimited for agencies with many clients

Starter is enough for one business or a handful of clients. Unlimited is the plan for an agency that wants to add clients without a sub-account cap and to use the white-label app and API. Founder, at $497 a month, is for resellers who want to sell the platform as their own SaaS. Whatever the plan, budget for the usage charges and add-ons, because phone, SMS, email and AI use are billed separately.

How to actually use HighLevel

Start the 14-day free trial from gohighlevel.com, describe your business, and the trial account opens with the plan you choose. Connect your domain and a sending or calling number, import contacts, and build a first pipeline and workflow from the templates. Calls, SMS, email and AI features are metered, and usage fees can apply during the trial, so check the usage pricing pages before you switch them on. We did not use the platform ourselves.

Distilled from HighLevel's own website: the pricing page, read on 7 November 2026 (and checked against Codex research of 21 October 2026, where the plan names differed). HighLevel is an affiliate partner of ours through its own program (FirstPromoter). We have not used the software ourselves.

HighLevel vs HubSpot, side by side

Each column shows the vendor’s own published entry price, read on the date shown. Entry prices can cover different services or units, so check what each one buys. We do not average them into a score.

The catch
Usage and add-on fees come on top of the plan.
Best for
marketing agencies and consultants who manage several clients and want CRM, funnels, texting, email and automation in one white-label platform
What it costs
Free plan (2 users); Starter lists at $20 per seat/mo - the advertised $7 is a limited-time offer for new customers

The catch
Three numbers on this pricing page are not what they look like, and they compound. The first is the $7. It is the number in large black type on the Starter card, and the $20 beside it in small grey type is the list price.
Best for
teams that want marketing, sales, service and content on one contact database and will actually use more than one hub — that shared database is the real product, and it is what makes the price defensible when you use the breadth

The HighLevel link above is an affiliate link — we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you — and the other column is a plain link. Neither changes what this table says.

The natural comparison is HubSpot — HubSpot is in our directory as a CRM and marketing suite sold by contacts and seats. HighLevel is built around agencies running many client sub-accounts under one login. We have not compared the two on price, so check both pricing pages against your client count.
