RoverLead automates outreach on LinkedIn: once you approve, 'Rover runs outreach and follow-ups on LinkedIn-safe pacing'.
founders and small sales teams who want leads chosen by a recent signal (a funding round, a new role, engagement with their niche) with the first message already written, and who want every lead, message and reply to wait for their approval.
your LinkedIn account is not expendable, since automated outreach breaches LinkedIn's User Agreement and RoverLead's own terms leave that risk with you; or you need to know before buying what a credit buys and how many leads a month $149 really gets you.

Looked at by our team on 23 October 2026 in a demo account that RoverLead set up for us after contacting us: Daan logged in and our AI assistant explored it in Daan's browser. The campaigns, statistics and inbox conversations were RoverLead's own demo data. We did not connect LinkedIn and did not approve, resume or send anything, so no number on this page is a result of ours.

RoverLead has two self-serve plans, both priced per user. Starter is $149 per user a month (the page prints it as '$/149 /month/user') and includes 5,000 credits, 'Warm leads every morning', personalised outreach with safety pacing, Unibox intent classification with draft replies, and a CRM and MCP integration. Growth is $449 per user a month with 25,000 credits, '5x the leads volume', 'Up to 10 Signal Agents 24/7', white-glove onboarding and priority support with a customer success manager.
Enterprise is 'Custom' through Contact Us and adds unlimited Signal Agents, team workspaces with routing rules, a dedicated CSM with an SLA, audit logs and security controls. Both self-serve plans start with '7-day Free Trials - No Card Required'. The page does not say what a credit buys, what happens when you run out, or whether there is an annual price. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
Category context: Sales & CRM. Across the 16 tools in this category that we researched with a public US-dollar price, the median entry price is $44 a month (lowest paid plan as listed, per seat where the vendor prices per seat). RoverLead’s entry price of $149 a month sits above that median. Compare pricing conditions in the Software Cost Atlas →

LinkedIn's User Agreement, read on 23 October 2026, says members may not 'Use bots or other unauthorized automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages', and 'LinkedIn-safe pacing' is RoverLead's claim about how LinkedIn will react, not something any vendor can guarantee. RoverLead's own terms also forbid you to 'Violate third-party terms (including LinkedIn or other platforms) in connection with your use of the Service' and say 'You are responsible for how you contact leads and what you send them', so the account risk sits with you.
On top of that, fees are non-refundable, the price is per user, and the page does not say what a credit buys.
AI prospecting for LinkedIn outreach: finds leads from buying signals such as funding rounds and new roles, writes personalised openers and follow-ups, and drafts inbox replies, with approval before anything is sent.

Growth at $449 per user a month is about three times Starter's $149 and buys five times the credits (25,000 against 5,000), up to 10 Signal Agents and white-glove onboarding. Because the page does not say what one credit buys, you cannot yet translate that into leads or messages per month; use the 7-day trial to see how fast Starter's credits go before you pay for the bigger allowance. Both plans are per user, so every extra seller multiplies the bill. Enterprise is quote-only.

What this test does not show:
Most of our reviews are researched rather than run — how we review explains which is which, and why we do not pretend otherwise.
Start with the 7-day trial, which needs no card, and treat it as your only safe test: RoverLead's terms say 'Fees are non-refundable' except where the law or RoverLead in writing says otherwise, and that 'Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal.' You can cancel in your account, effective at the end of the billing period. RoverLead describes setup as telling it your ideal customer profile, competitors and niche experts ('10 minutes, not hours'), after which it monitors engagement in your niche and queues leads with the signal that flagged them.
In our demo it proposed a profile from our own website and loaded preview leads before anything was connected. Leads, messages and inbox drafts wait for your approval; after that, in RoverLead's words, 'Rover runs outreach and follow-ups on LinkedIn-safe pacing'. Decide before you connect a LinkedIn account whether you accept the risk described below, and check during the trial how many credits a normal week uses.
Distilled from RoverLead's own pages: the homepage with its pricing section and the terms of service (last updated 6 January 2026), read on 23 October 2026; LinkedIn's User Agreement, read on 23 October 2026. We also looked around a demo account that RoverLead set up for us (see the hands-on section). RoverLead is an affiliate partner of ours through PromoteKit.
Each column shows the vendor’s own published entry price, read on the date shown. Entry prices can cover different services or units, so check what each one buys. We do not average them into a score.
Both names above are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. Neither changes what this table says.
The natural comparison is Dripify — Dripify is in our dossiers as cloud-based LinkedIn outreach automation: on 10 October 2026 its plans ran from $39 per user a month billed yearly ($59 month to month), with daily quotas printed per tier. RoverLead starts at $149 per user a month and sells something different on top of the sending: it picks leads from buying signals and writes the openers and reply drafts for you to approve. Both sit on the same side of LinkedIn's rules on automation.
Read on 23 October 2026: Starter is $149 per user a month with 5,000 credits, Growth $449 per user a month with 25,000 credits, and Enterprise is priced on request. No annual price is shown.
Yes: the pricing section says '7-day Free Trials - No Card Required'. After that, fees are non-refundable under RoverLead's terms unless the law or RoverLead in writing says otherwise.
Not before you approve. RoverLead says leads, messages and inbox drafts wait for your OK, and in our demo every message and reply draft needed an Approve or Send click. After approval, RoverLead runs the outreach and follow-ups itself.
LinkedIn's User Agreement forbids using bots or other unauthorized automated methods to send messages, and RoverLead's own terms forbid violating LinkedIn's terms through the service and make you responsible for your outreach. Treat the risk to your LinkedIn account as yours.
Yes. We tested RoverLead ourselves on 2026-10-23; the section above says what we tested, what we found and what we did not test, and where a figure comes from the vendor's own documentation instead. Most of our reviews are researched rather than run; we say which is which. We name what each tool is good and bad at, and we earn a commission only if you sign up, at no cost to you.
