The honest checks: independent review coverage is still thin, so run your own two-week test against a concrete metric (meetings booked, admin hours saved) rather than trusting early-adopter buzz.

✓ Pricing re-verified 15 Oct 2026
Aira now sells one product on its pricing page: Aira Connect at €499 a month, billed annually (€5,988 a year). That includes all 14 markets, unlimited users, every CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and MS Dynamics), API and MCP access, and 1,000 companies synced to your CRM. Above that the page prints a flat rate: €28 a month per extra 1,000 companies from 1,001 to 50,000, and 'Contact sales' above 50,000 (read 15 October 2026; on 10 October we did not see the amount).
The €149 per user a month plan we read in July and August is no longer on the pricing page, the homepage or the about page. A 5-day free trial is offered. Prices are in euros. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
Category context: Growth & Revenue. Across the 82 tools in this category that we researched with a public US-dollar price, the median entry price is about $29 a month (lowest paid plan as listed, per seat where the vendor prices per seat). Compare pricing conditions in the Software Cost Atlas →
Correction after re-checking: (re-verified 2026-10-10) Since our 26 August reading Aira has dropped its €149 per user a month plan. On 10 October 2026 the pricing page shows only Aira Connect at €499 a month billed annually, with unlimited users and 1,000 synced companies included, and neither the homepage nor the about page names the €149 plan any more.

Young product, sharp focus: European B2B prospecting on a 65-million-company database with meeting notes flowing into records automatically. And note that the money-back guarantee exists precisely so you can do that without risk.

AI-assisted B2B prospecting on a Europe-native company database, with meeting notes flowing into records automatically. The product is young and independent review coverage is thin, so test it against a concrete metric of your own.

There is no free tier, only a 5-day trial, and since October 2026 there is also only one plan: Aira Connect at €499 a month, billed annually. So the real question is whether €5,988 for a year pays for itself. The price does not grow with your team, because users are unlimited; it grows with the number of companies you sync to your CRM. 1,000 are included; from 1,001 to 50,000 the pricing page (read 15 October 2026) adds €28 a month per extra 1,000, and only above 50,000 does it become a sales conversation.
Count the accounts you actually want enriched before you talk to sales: a team that works a few hundred target accounts gets everything at the base price, while a team that syncs 10,000 companies pays €499 plus nine blocks of €28, so €751 a month on an annual bill. What a bigger plan does not buy is coverage outside the 14 European markets or a longer trial: everything else is already in the one plan.
If a quote still mentions the old €149 per user plan, ask whether it is still sold, because it is no longer on Aira's site.

Sign-up still runs through Google or Microsoft: on 15 October 2026 the trial panel offers "Continue with Google" and "Continue with Microsoft" for the 5-day free trial. What you are trialling has narrowed since our July reading, when the pricing page promised Gmail and Outlook logging: the pricing page now sells one product, Aira Connect, which enriches the company records in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive with licensed registry data from 14 European markets, and the homepage says its research also draws on your email history and previous meetings.
Aira's about page describes what follows — it "Enriches companies with financials, news, and ownership data the moment they appear" — and promises "No onboarding. No manual data entry. No training. Just results." Those are the vendor's own descriptions; we have not tested them. Be clear about what you are handing over. The App Store listing's App Privacy section lists, under Data Linked to You, User Content in the form of "Emails or Text Messages", alongside Contact Info ("Email Address"), Identifiers ("User ID"), Usage Data ("Product Interaction") and Diagnostics ("Crash Data").
You are pointing a third-party AI at a live work mailbox and calendar, so settle with whoever administers your email whether that is permitted before the trial clock starts, not after. On devices, the App Store compatibility list names iPhone and iPod touch only, each "Requires iOS 15.1 or later"; there is no iPad or Mac entry. One detail worth having before you run a vendor check or route an invoice: the listing's seller is "AI Revenue Assistant Software Stockholm AB", not a company trading under the Aira name.
The last friction is the clock. Aira's General Terms (section 2.8) delete your Customer Data automatically when the trial expires unless a paid order is in by then. Five days is short for a product whose value is monitoring accounts over time; unless you already have new-business meetings booked inside that window, you will be judging it on almost no signal.
Distilled from vendor pricing page, vendor about page and vendor sign-up panel, plus the Apple App Store listing (compatibility, seller, version history, ratings line and App Privacy section). All fetched 2026-07-23. Re-read 15 October 2026: aira.app/pricing (Aira Connect, €499 a month billed annually, €28 a month per extra 1,000 companies up to 50,000), the trial panel, the homepage, aira.app/llms.txt, and the General Terms and Conditions at aira.app/privacy-terms/general-terms-and-conditions (sections 2.6, 2.8, 6 and 7).

The natural comparison is Apollo or Aira's EU-native angle vs global tools — US-centric databases wins on global breadth; Aira's bet is European data depth plus assistant workflows — test on YOUR territory.
It is deleted. Aira's General Terms and Conditions (section 2.8, read 15 October 2026) say that when the trial expires or is ended, Customer Data is automatically deleted from Aira and access stops, unless you have placed an order for a paid subscription before the trial runs out. Either side may end the trial at any time. So decide before day five, or plan to start again from scratch.
With the cancellation function inside Aira. Under the General Terms and Conditions (read 15 October 2026) the agreement renews automatically for another period of the same length (7.1), a cancellation takes effect when the current payment period ends (7.2), and fees paid in advance are not refunded (7.6). After termination you can get your Customer Data back in a format Aira chooses if you ask in writing within 30 days and pay for the reasonable work involved (7.8). On the only published plan, billed annually, that means a year at a time. Prices exclude VAT, and Aira may adjust them for upcoming payment periods (6.1-6.2).
