Five tiers, gated on features and store locations rather than on how many deliveries you schedule, except at the bottom. Free covers one location and up to 10 orders a month, which the vendor's page defines as total store orders, with date and time slots, order limits, preparation time and cut-off, blocked dates and times and zip-code validation; development stores have no limit.
Starter is $9.99 a month and adds Shopify POS, slots for shipping, day-wise cut-off and product limits, product-specific fulfilment methods, preparation times and availability, and delivery rates by price and weight. Smart is $19.99 a month for up to four locations and adds rates by time, product and delivery speed, Google Calendar and Google Maps, a home-page zip-code checker and real-time inventory.
Premium is $29.99 a month for 5 to 20 locations and adds multi-condition rates, rates by day of week, specific dates and location, and a checkout-page widget for Shopify Plus stores. The vendor's page adds a Custom tier at $59.99 a month for more than 20 locations and bespoke customisation, where the listing says to contact them. Yearly billing saves 10%: $215.99 for Smart, $323.99 for Premium and $647.99 for Custom, while Starter is $107.99 a year on the listing and $105.99 on the vendor's page.
Paid tiers have a 14-day free trial. All charges are in USD through Shopify's billing, every 30 days. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
What the pricing page doesn’t say
Charging your own delivery or shipping rates through the app needs Shopify's Carrier Calculated Shipping API, and Shopify, not Logbase, decides whether your plan includes it. The vendor says so itself in a public reply from November 2025: the API is needed only for rates set inside Pickeasy, and the rest of the app works without it. That still covers a large part of the ladder, from rates by price and weight on Starter to multi-condition and day-of-week rates on Premium.
Reviewers from January 2024, June 2025 and August 2025 say they set the app up before finding that their Shopify plan did not include the API, and one wrote that getting it would have meant at least $100 a month more to Shopify on top of the app's own fee. Check your plan for carrier-calculated shipping before you build rates. The free plan counts your whole store. Its limit is 10 orders a month, and the vendor's pricing page says that means total store orders, not orders that book a pickup or delivery slot.
A live store that sells at all is on Starter within days, so treat $9.99 as the entry price and the free tier as a way to build the setup on a development store, where there is no limit. Theme and checkout trouble is the recurring complaint. Below Premium on Shopify Plus, the date and slot picker lives on the cart page, not in checkout. In February 2026 a merchant wrote that the address field locked up past the cart and cost them a day of sales; the vendor replied that it had been resolved.
A florist wrote in January 2026 that zip-code validation could be bypassed and that they reproduced it on the demo store, and a store with more than two years on the app wrote in July 2026 that Pickeasy breaks their checkout, while praising the support. Test the full path, cart to paid order, on a duplicate theme before you publish. Support runs 20 hours a day and is offline from 3:00 to 7:00 AM India time, according to a vendor reply from May 2026. We have not installed the app.
What Pickeasy does
Shopify local pickup and delivery scheduler (by Logbase): customers pick a date and time slot, with cut-off and preparation times, blackout dates, per-slot order limits and zip-code checks, across one to twenty locations. Tiers are gated on locations and rate rules, and the app's own delivery rates need Shopify's carrier-calculated shipping.
Buy the tier for locations and rates, not orders
Above the free tier nothing on the ladder is metered on orders, so a busy single shop pays the same as a quiet one. What moves you up is locations and rate rules. One location with slots, cut-offs and order limits fits Starter at $9.99, which also brings POS and per-product preparation times and availability. Two to four locations, or rates by time slot, product or delivery speed, need Smart at $19.99.
Five to twenty locations, or rates that change by weekday, date or location, need Premium at $29.99, and more than twenty need the $59.99 Custom tier. Before paying for Smart or Premium for their rate rules, confirm that your Shopify plan includes carrier-calculated shipping. Without it those rules never reach checkout, and you are paying for the locations and the calendar alone. Yearly billing saves 10%, about $12 a year on Starter and $36 on Premium, which is little enough that paying monthly through the trial and the first busy season is the safer order.
How to actually use Pickeasy
Install from the Shopify App Store and build the setup on a development store or a duplicate theme, where the free plan has no order limit. The Pickeasy help centre follows the order the setup runs in: add your pickup and delivery locations, set up shipping with time slots if you use them, link Shopify inventory, add rates, then manage orders in the Pickeasy dashboard and adjust the widget's look, alerts and integrations in settings.
For each location set the days, slots, cut-off time, preparation time, blackout dates and the maximum orders per slot. If you plan to charge your own delivery rates, check first that carrier-calculated shipping is active on your Shopify plan, because the app's rates reach checkout only through it. Then place test orders from cart to payment, on the theme you will publish, with a zip code you serve and one you do not, and confirm that the chosen date and slot appear on the order.

The natural comparison is Shopify's own local delivery and pickup — Shopify's built-in local delivery and pickup settings cost nothing and already let you offer collection from a location and delivery to areas you define, with a minimum order and a delivery price. What they do not give the shopper is a calendar: no date, no time slot, no cut-off and no per-slot limit. That calendar is what Pickeasy sells on its first rung, so the question is not features but whether your customers need to book a moment. A bakery with fixed collection windows, a florist delivering on named days or a butcher with a few van slots does; a shop that hands over anything, any day, during opening hours does not, and can stay on Shopify's own settings..

Hardly. The vendor's pricing page says the limit is 10 total store orders a month, so it counts every order the store takes, not only those with a slot. Development stores have no limit, which makes the free plan a place to build and test the setup.
Do I need Shopify's Carrier Calculated Shipping API?
Only if you want Pickeasy to charge your own delivery or shipping rates. The vendor says in a public reply that the date and slot features work without it. Whether your Shopify plan includes the API is Shopify's decision, and several reviewers found out only after setting up; check before you pay for a rate-heavy tier.
Can the date picker sit in checkout?
Only on Premium, and only for Shopify Plus stores; the listing sells the checkout-page widget there. On the other tiers the picker is on the cart page.
How many locations does each tier cover?
Free and Starter cover one location, Smart up to four and Premium 5 to 20. For more than 20, the vendor lists a Custom tier at $59.99 a month with bespoke customisation.
What should I weigh before buying E-commerce software?
Check your platform and version specifically. Shopify support is close to universal in this category, while WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and headless setups vary a lot, and 'supported' sometimes means a generic API rather than a maintained app. A listing in your own platform's app store, with recent reviews there, is a better signal than the vendor's logo wall.
