Reporting and customization are fairly basic, and the Sites website add-on carries a $199 setup fee on top of its $99 a month.
local and service businesses that want reputation marketing on offense — automatically asking happy customers for reviews and showcasing them — rather than only managing damage when a bad review lands.

Two software plans, both USD per month with a 14-day free trial, no contract and cancel anytime: Starter at $75 (SMS and email review requests, review widgets, social sharing, a team leaderboard and a reviews microsite) and Pro at $125 (everything in Starter plus Repeats, Referrals, Broadcasts, AI Replies, Gifts, NPS Surveys and Competitive Intel). Billing starts the day the trial ends, and a plan change in either direction takes effect on the next billing cycle.
Sites, a fully managed website, is an add-on on either plan at $99 a month plus a one-off $199 setup; an extra landing page is $145 one-time plus $15 a month, and a CMS for blogs, services or locations is $245 one-time plus $15 a month. AI Leads is listed as coming soon with no price, and enterprise, franchise and multi-location pricing is on request. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
Category context: Growth & Revenue. Across the 83 tools in this category that we researched with a public US-dollar price, the median entry price is about $30 a month (lowest paid plan as listed, per seat where the vendor prices per seat). NiceJob’s entry price of $75 a month sits above that median. Compare pricing conditions in the Software Cost Atlas →
Correction after re-checking: Re-read on 2026-10-13, the pricing page had been rebuilt. The software plans are now Starter at $75 and Pro at $125 a month; Sites is a $99-a-month add-on with a $199 setup fee on either plan. Historical: on the page as read on 11 September 2026 the $75 plan was called Reviews, and a second table sold a plan named Grow ($75 to $290 a month by customer count) and Grow + Sites ($174 to $389). On 13 October 2026 that table and its customer-count ladder were no longer on the page, so neither is a current price.

It automates review collection genuinely well, but if you want deep analytics or granular control over timing and wording, it can feel restrictive. And the honest fundamental: automation only amplifies the service you actually deliver. It keeps the review stream fresh and steady (which matters — stale reviews lose trust fast, and AI search increasingly recommends businesses on review signals), but it cannot manufacture a reputation you haven't earned.

Automates asking customers for reviews and showcases them on your site. Reporting and customisation are fairly basic, and the automation only amplifies the service you already deliver.

Themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run NiceJob ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.
Where the ratings disagree. The software-directory ratings and the Trustpilot ratings describe two different companies. The directories rate the product; Trustpilot captures the sales calls and the billing. Both are worth reading before you sign.
NiceJob now sells two software plans and one website add-on, and the split is clean. Starter at $75 a month covers review requests by SMS and email, review widgets, auto-posting to Facebook and X, the team leaderboard and a reviews microsite. Pro at $125 adds the campaigns that work your existing customer list rather than your review count: Repeats rebooking reminders, referral campaigns, email Broadcasts, AI-written review replies, NPS surveys, competitor tracking and automated Gifts.
The $50 question is whether you will run those campaigns; if you only want more Google reviews, Pro buys nothing you will use. Gifts carry their own bill. NiceJob's help centre says it adds no fee, but each gift is charged to your card, gifting works only for US and Canadian businesses sending to US and Canadian customers, and the pricing page limits automated gifts to a Jobber or QuickBooks connection.
What upgrading does not fix: one licence covers one reputation footprint, and a business whose locations each have their own Google Business Profile needs a licence per location. Sites stays a separate $99 a month plus $199 setup on either plan.
Signing up starts a 14-day free trial with no credit card up front and no contracts; billing starts the day the trial ends. The real setup work is getting your customers into the system: either connect an existing business tool (NiceJob lists native integrations such as HubSpot) or upload a spreadsheet of your customer list. NiceJob's help centre specifies that spreadsheet needs at minimum a name and email per person, ideally a mobile number too, saved as a CSV with column headers in the first row.
If the import does not cooperate, support says you can email the file to their team and they will add the contacts for you. Price the add-ons before you commit. Sites costs $99 a month plus $199 setup on either plan; an extra landing page is a one-time $145 plus $15 a month, and a CMS for blogs, services or locations is a one-time $245 plus $15 a month. Then invite your team under Settings, Company & Plans, Company Team: Managers get everything except billing, Team members can only take customer actions such as sending review invites.
NiceJob's own pricing page, get.nicejob.com/pricing, re-read on 13 October 2026: the Starter ($75) and Pro ($125) plans with their feature-comparison table, the Sites add-on ($99 a month plus $199 setup), the AI Leads 'coming soon' card, and the FAQ on billing date, plan changes, payment methods and the Sites landing-page and CMS prices. The older Reviews, Grow and Grow + Sites prices come from the same page as read on 11 September 2026 and are marked historical.
Setup, team access, locations and gifting come from NiceJob's help centre at help.nicejob.com, read 13 October 2026: 'Adjusting Access in Company Team', 'Can You Add Multiple Business Locations With NiceJob?' (October 2022), 'Gifting with NiceJob' (February 2025) and 'What does NiceJob do with my customer information?' (April 2024). Buyer opinions on this page come from G2, Capterra, GetApp and Trustpilot, read in August 2026.
The natural comparison is Birdeye or Podium — heavier, pricier reputation platforms — NiceJob wins on set-and-forget simplicity for small service businesses.
If each location has its own Google Business Profile and social pages, yes: NiceJob's help article on multiple locations (October 2022, read 13 October 2026) says each such location needs a separate licence, added from the dashboard via Add New Company by the account owner. The pricing page (13 October 2026) puts franchise and multi-location pricing on request, so per-location rates are not published.
NiceJob's 'Gifting with NiceJob' article (February 2025, read 13 October 2026) says there is no NiceJob fee for gifting but each gift is charged to your card on file, at no more than the standard price, billed when the recipient gets the first gift email. Gifting works only for US and Canadian businesses sending to US and Canadian customers, and only the account owner can send gifts. The pricing page lists Gifts on Pro and limits automation to a Jobber or QuickBooks integration.
You can switch either way at any time, but the pricing-page FAQ (13 October 2026) says the change takes effect on your next billing cycle, which starts on the day your 14-day trial ended. There is no contract. Whether a mid-cycle upgrade can be applied immediately or prorated is not stated; not confirmed.
