Every plan includes the product quiz, the AI shopping assistant and AI product questions; the tiers differ in how many quiz submissions and chats you get and how long your data is kept. Free covers up to 100 quiz submissions and 100 chats in total, lifetime rather than per month, with 15 days of data. Starter is $19 a month for 200 submissions and 500 chats a month with 30 days of data.
Booster is $49 a month for 500 submissions and 1,500 chats with 60 days. Growth is $129 a month for 1,000 submissions and 3,000 chats with 90 days. Those four are the only plans on the Shopify listing, which shows yearly prices of $190 for Starter, $470.40 for Booster and $1,238.40 for Growth, and a 14-day free trial on each paid plan.
The vendor's own pricing page adds two higher tiers the listing does not show: Scale at $249 a month for 2,500 submissions and 6,000 chats, and Brand at $599 a month for 6,000 submissions and 15,000 chats, both with 90 days of data, plus Enterprise on request; it advertises 20% off for yearly billing. We could not tell from either page whether Scale and Brand are billed through Shopify like the listed plans.
Listed charges are in USD, billed through Shopify every 30 days. Developer Brandye SAS of Bussy-Saint-Georges, France; the listing gives a launch date of 10 September 2025 and shows 12 reviews, none of them critical. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
Category context: E-commerce. Across the 32 tools in this category that we researched with a public US-dollar price, the median entry price is $24 a month (lowest paid plan as listed, per seat where the vendor prices per seat). Brandye’s entry price of $19 a month sits below that median. Compare pricing conditions in the Software Cost Atlas →

Its 100 quiz submissions and 100 chats are lifetime totals, not monthly, so a store with real traffic uses them up in days or weeks and then has to pay. Data retention is the other quiet limit: the free plan keeps 15 days of data and Starter 30, so the quiz answers and chat history you would use to spot patterns over a season are only kept for 90 days on Growth at $129 a month or above.
The Shopify listing shows four plans and stops at $129. The vendor's own pricing page goes on to Scale at $249 and Brand at $599 a month, so a growing store that reads only the listing will not see where the ladder ends. The listing also gives English as the only language, while 11 of its 12 reviews come from French stores and are written in French, so check how the quiz and assistant handle your shoppers' language before you rely on them.
The reviews are uniformly positive but say little that can be checked. Most praise the team as much as the app, naming the founder and describing hands-on help with installing and customising the quiz, and several were written after days or weeks of use. One says conversion went up and returns went down, without figures. The homepage figures of a 16% higher average order value and five times the conversion rate are, by Brandye's own footnote, indicative midpoints of its reported ranges, not measurements we can verify.
Brandye's legal page lists quiz responses among the data it collects and says collected data is used, among other things, for marketing and retargeting campaigns; it does not say whether that covers your shoppers' answers or only visitors to brandye.com, so ask before you install if that matters to you. We have not installed the app.
Shopify app that adds an AI product-finder quiz, AI-generated questions and answers on product pages and an AI shopping assistant trained on your catalogue, with email capture and sync to Klaviyo and other marketing tools.

Start on the free plan to build the quiz and check it in your theme, but treat its 100 submissions and 100 chats as a test budget that runs out. The paid tiers scale both allowances together, so pick the tier by whichever you will hit first. For most stores that is quiz submissions: Starter at $19 covers 200 a month, Booster at $49 covers 500, Growth at $129 covers 1,000.
Growth is also the first tier that keeps 90 days of data, which matters if you want to compare quiz answers across a season or a campaign. Scale ($249) and Brand ($599) appear only on brandye.com, not on the Shopify listing, and are for stores with thousands of quiz takers a month. Use the 14-day trial on a paid plan to count how many submissions and chats a normal week produces before you choose, and take the yearly price only once the monthly volume is clear.
Install the app from the Shopify App Store and start on the free plan. Build your first quiz around the decision shoppers actually struggle with, such as skin type, budget or who the gift is for, and let the app match answers to products rather than mapping every answer by hand. Place it where people hesitate: a collection page, a pop-up or a block in the footer, as the reviewers describe.
Turn on the AI product questions and the shopping assistant only after checking the answers they give on a few of your own product pages, since they are generated from your catalogue and policies. Connect Klaviyo or your email tool so captured emails and preferences reach your marketing. Watch the submission and chat counters from day one: the free allowance is lifetime, so you will know within a week or two which paid tier you need.
Billing runs through Shopify, so you cancel by uninstalling the app or changing the plan in your Shopify admin.
Distilled from Brandye's Shopify App Store listing and all 12 reviews on both review pages, the vendor's pricing page, homepage and legal page at brandye.com, all read on 2 October 2026, and RevenueHunt's Shopify App Store listing read the same day for the comparison. We have not installed the app.
The natural comparison is RevenueHunt — RevenueHunt is the established product-quiz app on Shopify and the first alternative the listing suggests. Read on its Shopify listing on 2 October 2026, it gives 100 quiz responses a month free, then $39 a month for 500, $99 for 1,000 and $199 for 2,500, with a 15-day free trial and 12 listed languages. Brandye's free plan is 100 submissions in total rather than per month, and its 500-submission tier costs $49 rather than $39. What the extra money buys is the AI side: an AI shopping assistant and AI questions on product pages, with 1,500 chats a month on that tier, which RevenueHunt's listing does not offer. A store that wants a quiz alone fits RevenueHunt; a store that wants the quiz plus an assistant answering product questions fits Brandye, at a price..
Free covers 100 quiz submissions and 100 chats in total. Starter is $19 a month, Booster $49 and Growth $129 on the Shopify listing; the vendor site adds Scale at $249 and Brand at $599. Read on 2 October 2026.
No. The free plan's 100 quiz submissions and 100 chats are lifetime totals, and it keeps 15 days of data. Paid plans reset their allowances every month.
It adds AI-generated questions and answers to product pages and an AI shopping assistant trained on your products and policies, and it captures emails and preferences that you can sync to Klaviyo and other tools.
Check your platform and version specifically. Shopify support is close to universal in this category, while WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and headless setups vary a lot, and 'supported' sometimes means a generic API rather than a maintained app. A listing in your own platform's app store, with recent reviews there, is a better signal than the vendor's logo wall.
