Pricing is hidden and quote-driven, and reviewers repeatedly flag that the real cost — software plus design plus managed services — climbs well above the headline, sometimes with recurring fees for features you don't use.

✓ Pricing re-verified 23 Oct 2026
Quote-based, and deliberately so (verified on their own site on 6 September, 25 September and 23 October 2026). A site redesign moved the route: the old How Plans & Pricing Work page returned 404 on 23 October 2026, and the Get Plans & Pricing button now opens marketing360.com/get-started, a two-step form whose first step asks business name, industry, website and number of employees (1-2, 3-9 or 10+) before 'Continue to Plans & Pricing'.
No figure appears before you submit it. The Terms of Service (last updated July 30, 2026) do publish the economics of the advertising side: Ad Credits cost $1.00 each, and on the default Model A plan 51% of each credit goes to the media buy while 49% is retained by Marketing 360 for campaign management and optimisation; on Marketing 360 Pro accounts the retained share is 25%; under Model B you buy ads in your own accounts and are invoiced 10% of the previous month's actual ad spend, which the terms recommend for clients spending more than $10,000 a month.
Reported core software runs around $395-$419/mo with marketing consultations, but design and custom website work are separate and can run from $2,000 into five figures. This review carries no pricing screenshot rather than a placeholder. Get a full written quote. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
Category context: Growth & Revenue. Across the 84 tools in this category that we researched with a public US-dollar price, the median entry price is about $30 a month (lowest paid plan as listed, per seat where the vendor prices per seat). Compare pricing conditions in the Software Cost Atlas →
It's an all-in-one "we'll do it for you" model, which is great if you want a single vendor and a human team, but it can mean less flexibility and more lock-in than assembling best-of-breed tools. Ask exactly what's included before signing. The published terms make the lock-in concrete: Websites 360 sites cannot be migrated to another host, and on the default ad plan 49% of every Ad Credit stays with Marketing 360.

Themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run Marketing 360 ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.

Pricing is quote-based, and the published contract tells you more than the sales page. The Get Plans & Pricing form at marketing360.com/get-started asks for business name, industry, website and headcount (1-2, 3-9 or 10+) and shows no number before you hand over your details; the old pricing-explainer page is gone. What does drive the bill is visible in the Terms of Service, last updated July 30, 2026. The first driver is how advertising is bought.
On the default Model A plan you buy Ad Credits at $1.00 each and Marketing 360 keeps 49 cents of every credit for campaign management, so $1,000 of credits puts $510 into Google, Facebook or other media. Marketing 360 Pro accounts keep 25%. Model B turns that around: the ads run in your own accounts and you pay a monthly invoice of 10% of last month's actual spend, the model the terms recommend above $10,000 a month.
Ad Credits are non-refundable, and after you cancel the recurring Ad Credit product the remaining credits stay for one billing cycle before they can be forfeited. Ask which model your quote assumes; it changes the effective media budget more than any software line. The second is commitment. Your Service Agreement sets an Initial Term, recurring billing falls on the 25th of each month, and the term then renews automatically for Renewal Terms, with a reminder 25 to 40 days before renewal where the law requires one.
Cancelling takes 30 days' written notice to your Marketing Success Manager and, inside the Initial Term, only takes effect at its end unless you pay the lesser of the remaining monthly payments or the waived Onboarding Package, plus repayment of any complimentary promotions. The third is the software and build: reporting puts the core platform at roughly $395 to $419 a month and design and website work from about $2,000 into five figures.
What a bigger package does not buy is portability. The terms state that Websites 360 sites are a proprietary hosted CMS that must be hosted by Marketing 360 and may not be migrated to another hosting platform under any circumstance; a Local Service Ads account set up through them is owned by Marketing 360 and cannot be transferred. Custom creative work is yours once fully paid, but non-custom site designs stay Marketing 360's copyright.

Ask for the full written quote with every line separated: the core software, the design and website build, the advertising plan and the ad spend itself. Reviewers repeatedly flag that the real cost climbs well above the headline, and separated lines are the only way to see that before you sign rather than after. Mark each line as recurring or one-time, and get three contract numbers in writing: the length of the Initial Term, the length of each Renewal Term, and the Onboarding Package amount, waived or not, because the lesser of that package or your remaining payments is what leaving early costs.
Ask which advertising model applies (Model A keeps 49% of each Ad Credit, Pro keeps 25%, Model B bills 10% of spend) and whether the media buy runs in their master accounts or yours. Decide the website question before anything is built. A Websites 360 site cannot be moved to another host under the published terms, so if you may want to leave in two years, either keep your existing site or ask for a custom build whose files you own on full payment.
The platform includes two call tracking numbers and 500 tracking minutes a month; after cancellation the numbers can be kept for a monthly fee, so note them if your printed material uses them. CRM data can be exported as .csv while access is active, so export before you give notice.

The pricing route and its contents read on marketing360.com/how-plans-and-pricing-work on 6 September 2026, reached from the pricing link on their own homepage: the page exists, publishes no prices, and on 6 September gated them behind a six-question form with annual-revenue bands. The earlier reading of this review reported that the pricing and plans routes did not resolve to a page; /pricing/ and /plans/ do indeed still return 404, but the live route above does not.
The $395-$419 software figure and the design-cost range remain third-party reporting, not vendor published prices. Re-read 25 September 2026 (plain HTML): still no prices; the form now asks business name, industry, website, number of employees (1-2, 3-9, 10+), name, email and phone, carries the line 'Plus, a 14-day free trial', then generates a marketing report and a 90-day plan and ends with 'A Marketing 360 specialist will reach out shortly with your custom plans & pricing' and an offer of a free 15-minute call.
The revenue bands quoted in the earlier reading are no longer on the page. Re-read 23 October 2026 (plain fetch): /how-plans-and-pricing-work now returns 404 and the pricing route is marketing360.com/get-started (step 1 of 2: business name, industry, website, employees); the full Terms of Service at marketing360.com/terms (last updated July 30, 2026) for Ad Credits, Model A, Pro and Model B, billing date, Initial Term, renewal, cancellation, early cancellation, ownership of creative work and Websites 360 hosting; and the site's own llms.txt, which lists the current service pages.
The natural comparison is HubSpot plus a freelance marketer, or a local agency — best-of-breed or agency routes — Marketing 360 bundles software and services, but compare the all-in quote against a self-assembled stack.
No. Read 23 October 2026, the Get Plans & Pricing route is a two-step form at marketing360.com/get-started; step one asks business name, industry, website and number of employees (1-2, 3-9 or 10+) and shows no figure, and the earlier How Plans & Pricing Work page now returns 404. The roughly $395 to $419 a month for the core software is third-party reporting, not a vendor price. The only amounts Marketing 360 publishes itself are in its Terms of Service: $1.00 per Ad Credit and the split of each credit between media and management.
There was a promise of one, and the terms still describe it. On 25 September 2026 the old pricing form carried the line 'Plus, a 14-day free trial'; the first step of the new form we read on 23 October 2026 does not repeat it. The Terms of Service describe Trial Accounts that can include a Websites 360 design, whose contents may change without notice and whose licence ends with the trial, and a free CRM trial after which the Marketing 360 Base Fee is due monthly, with CRM fees non-refundable. Get the trial length and what it includes in writing.
On the default plan, 51%. The Terms of Service (last updated July 30, 2026, read 23 October) set Ad Credits at $1.00 each; under Model A, which applies unless your agreement names Pro or Model B, 51% of each credit buys media and 49% is retained by Marketing 360 for campaign management and optimisation, and the terms add that the split can change with notice. Marketing 360 Pro accounts retain 25%. Under Model B the ads run in your own accounts and you are invoiced 10% of the previous month's actual spend, recommended above $10,000 a month. On a $2,000 monthly budget that is $980 a month to the agency on Model A and $200 on Model B.
Not if it is a Websites 360 site. The Terms of Service say these sites are a proprietary hosted CMS, must be hosted by Marketing 360, and may not be migrated to another hosting platform under any circumstance. Marketing 360 also keeps the copyright in non-custom website designs. Custom creative deliverables become yours once paid in full, and a Local Service Ads account opened through Marketing 360 belongs to Marketing 360 and cannot be transferred, so you would reapply with Google after leaving.
Up to the rest of the commitment. Per the Terms of Service, the Service Agreement sets a minimum Initial Term that renews automatically afterwards. You cancel with at least 30 days' written notice to your Marketing Success Manager; inside the Initial Term the cancellation only takes effect at its end, unless you also pay the lesser of your remaining monthly payments or the Onboarding Package that was waived at signing, which the terms describe as liquidated damages rather than a penalty. Complimentary promotions must then be paid back too. Disputes go to individual arbitration, with Larimer County, Colorado as the fallback venue.
Every line separately: core software, design and website build, the advertising model and the ad spend, each marked recurring or one-time. Then the contract numbers the sales form does not show: the Initial Term and Renewal Term in months, the Onboarding Package amount, whether you are on Model A, Pro or Model B, and the billing date (the terms say the 25th). An itemised twelve-month total is the only way to compare it with assembling your own tools.
