GushworkGushwork Review (2026)

SEO & MarketingResearched assessment · by Daniel HaketUpdated 2026-09-21

One published number, and it is the floor.

Best for: sales-led B2B businesses with no marketer and no agency, that win work through quote requests and consultation calls, and want the research, writing, publishing and optimisation handled for them — at $900 a month and up, with the vendor’s own estimate of first qualified leads around month three.

Pricing (2026)

✓ Pricing re-verified 21 Sep 2026

Gushwork publishes one number and no ladder. The page states “Pricing starts at $900 /month”, billed monthly, cancel anytime, and the FAQ on the same page repeats it: “$900 is the starting point, with every agent and feature switched on.” Everything above that rung is quoted rather than published — “Talk to us, and we’ll recommend the right plan based on your business, goals, and lead potential” — and the FAQ names the three things that move the figure: how many pages you want published, how fast you want to grow, and how much paid support you add, with the exact number confirmed on a call.

There are no named tiers, no annual rate, no free plan and no trial. The only button on the pricing page is Book a Demo. What the $900 covers, per that FAQ: setup, page creation, optimisation, tracking and support, with the full agent suite active — Gushwork states it is not sold agent by agent, so there is no cheaper subset to buy.

One figure on that page is not a price and should not be read as one: the $500K+ in contracts belongs to a named customer (Fraxtional), under the page’s own note that results vary with market, competition and available search demand. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

What the pricing page doesn’t say

The catch

$900 a month is where Gushwork starts and the pricing page never says where it stops — the FAQ puts the final figure down to page volume, growth speed and paid support, confirmed on a call. The honest reading of that page is therefore not “this costs $900” but “this costs at least $900, and you find out the rest on the phone.” That is a planning problem for exactly the small business it targets, and it is avoidable: the two nearest AI-SEO products we carry both publish their whole ladder, BabyLoveGrowth at €99 and €399 a month and Alli AI at $299 and $599, so you can size those against a budget before you speak to anyone.

The second thing is that you are buying a service more than a seat. There is no free plan, no trial and no self-serve sign-up; the only route in is Book a Demo, onboarding is put at “less than 30 days”, and Gushwork does the research, writing, publishing and optimisation. That is the appeal if you have no marketer. It is also a dependency, and the pages it publishes live on your site.

Third — and to their credit they say this themselves — it is slow. The FAQ puts first qualified leads at “month 3 to 4” and adds, “We won’t promise leads in week one.” At $900 a month that is roughly $2,700 to $3,600 spent before the thing you bought is expected to show up. Budget for the wait rather than the first invoice. And check the fit before the price, because Gushwork’s own qualifier is stricter than its marketing.

Its sign-up form says the platform “works best for sales led B2B businesses” — quote requests, consultation calls, service inquiries — and tells anyone whose customers can buy or sign up directly on the site that they are “not the right fit (yet)”.

What Gushwork does

AI marketing agents for small and mid-sized businesses, sold as one done-for-you system rather than a seat: it publishes pages built for AI search and Google, keeps a brand-memory source of truth, tracks every visitor, filters spam out of the leads dashboard and runs paid campaigns alongside. Setup, writing, publishing and optimisation are handled for you; pricing starts at $900 a month and the rest is quoted.

There are no tiers, only a floor and a phone call

There are no tiers to compare, so upgrading is never a choice between feature sets: the pricing page says every plan includes the full system, and the FAQ adds that Gushwork is not sold agent by agent. What lifts your bill above the $900 floor is volume and pace — how many pages you want published, how fast you want to grow, and how much paid support you add — and the exact figure is set on the call rather than printed on the page.

Three things a larger budget does not fix here. It does not buy time: the same FAQ puts first qualified leads at month three to four, and says outright that it will not promise leads in week one. It does not buy eligibility: the qualifier on that page turns away businesses whose customers can buy or sign up without speaking to anyone, in its own words “not the right fit (yet)”.

And it does not buy a number you can budget against before a sales call, because $900 is published as a starting point and the FAQ sends the rest to the call.

How to actually use Gushwork

The only button on the pricing page is Book a Demo, and the form behind it screens you before it books anything. It asks for a work email, then who you sell to — B2B, B2C or mixed. Answer that customers can buy or sign up without speaking to anyone and you get a screen headed “Not the right fit (yet)” and a waiting list instead of a call. Clear that gate and it wants first and last name, company, website URL, phone number, where you heard about Gushwork, and a time slot.

Take two questions into that call, because the page answers neither. What is my number — pages, pace and paid support are the three things Gushwork names as moving it above $900. And who signs off on copy: the FAQ says a human reviews the work in technical or regulated niches, and that you can approve content yourself if you want that control. Settle that before the Content Agent starts publishing to your site, because the vendor puts go-live at under 30 days and the volume it advertises is 100+ pages in six months.

Distilled from www.gushwork.ai/pricing and www.gushwork.ai, both read in a live browser on 21 September 2026. The pricing page gave the $900 floor (“Pricing starts at $900 /month. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.”), the line “All Gushwork Agents. Every plan includes the full system.”, the qualifier form with its “Not the right fit (yet)” branch and its field list, and the FAQ answers quoted here: what the $900 includes, what changes the final price, first qualified leads “around month 3 to 4” with “we won’t promise leads in week one”, go-live in “less than 30 days” followed by “a few minutes a week”, the human review for technical or regulated niches, and “Gushwork is not sold agent by agent”. The homepage supplied the agent line-up and the 100+ pages in six months. Noted on the same reading and not used as a claim: the pricing page says “Trusted by over 500+ businesses worldwide” while the homepage says “1000+ companies” and “Join 1000+ businesses”. No third-party ratings were used and no hands-on test was run.

The natural comparison is BabyLoveGrowth, Alli AI — All three sell AI-run SEO, and the sharpest difference is how much of the price you are allowed to see. From our own dossiers, both re-verified 19 September 2026: BabyLoveGrowth publishes two plans at €99 and €399 a month paid monthly, or €75 and €291 a month billed yearly, with what each buys spelled out — 30 articles a month, 10 prompts tracked daily across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, auto-publishing to WordPress, Shopify and eight more CMSs. Alli AI publishes Business at $299 a month and Agency at $599, each with a 10-day free trial and printed quotas for sites, keywords and pages. Gushwork publishes $900 as a starting point and nothing above it. So on money, Gushwork is both the highest published rung of the three and the only one you cannot size in advance. What it offers against them is the thing neither of the others does: people. BabyLoveGrowth and Alli AI are tools you operate — somebody has to drive them, pick the keywords and approve the output. Gushwork runs the work, with a human reviewing content in technical or regulated niches and launch inside 30 days. That makes the useful comparison a different one. If you have someone to drive an SEO tool, the other two are cheaper and their cost is knowable, and this is an easy decision. If you have nobody, the alternative you are really weighing is not BabyLoveGrowth — it is an agency retainer, and against that $900 a month with the platform included reads very differently. Make that comparison, not this one..

Frequently asked questions

What should I weigh before buying SEO & Marketing software?

Judge it on evidence rather than adjectives. Look for a published security page, single sign-on and role controls on the plan you would actually buy (they are often gated to higher tiers), a status page with real incident history, and a clear answer on where your data is stored. If the tool will hold anything sensitive, those four answers matter more than any feature comparison.

Is this a hands-on review of Gushwork?
