AdCreative.aiAdCreative.ai Review (2026)$39/mo, Pay Per Download

Growth & RevenueResearched assessment · by Daniel HaketUpdated 2026-09-01

The meter counts downloads, not campaigns — iterate seriously on ad variations and a 10-credit starter evaporates in an afternoon, which is exactly what iteration-heavy ad work does. Throughout this review we weigh it against Canva.

Best for: performance marketers and stores that test many ad variations across sizes and platforms and want on-brand creative volume without a designer bottleneck.

Pricing (2026)

✓ Pricing re-verified 15 Aug 2026

Credit-metered, where one credit is one downloaded creative, and there is no free plan — only a 7-day trial with 10 credits. Three families, each with several credit steps. Starter is 1 user throughout: $39 a month for 10 credits and 1 brand, $89 for 15 credits and 2 brands, $139 for 30 credits and $189 for 50. Professional is 10 users and 10 brands: $249 for 50 credits, $339 for 75 and $400 for 100.

Ultimate is 20 users and 25 brands: $999 for 100 credits, $1,099 for 150 and $1,399 for 200. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

Correction after re-checking: Our short price line contradicted the detailed breakdown further down the same page. It said tiers run to $249 a month for 200 credits and $399-599 for 500 or more; the pricing table says $249 buys 50 credits, that 200 credits is the top Ultimate step at $1,399, and that no step anywhere sells 500 credits. The detailed figures were right and the summary was wrong, so the summary now matches the table. (re-verified 2026-08-15)

What the price did

We capture AdCreative.ai’s own pricing page every month and keep the figures, so this is our record of the page — not a forecast, and not someone else’s summary.

The interesting thing in our record is not a price but a sale. On 23 July 2026 the pricing table carried a banner reading FATHER'S DAY PREP SALE: 50% off yearly, 25% off quarterly plans. On 15 August 2026 the same banner is still there, with the same discounts, well past any Father's Day. The tiers underneath are unchanged across both readings and across our July and August captures: $39, $89, $139 and $189 in Starter, $249, $339 and $400 in Professional, $999, $1,099 and $1,399 in Ultimate. Treat the discounted yearly and quarterly columns as the prices on offer rather than as a deadline to hurry for, and note that the page publishes no undiscounted yearly or quarterly rate to compare them against.

The catch

And the honest fundamental: AI creatives give you volume and speed, but the offer and the hook still decide performance — a mediocre offer with 500 AI banners is 500 mediocre banners. Size the credit tier to your real testing cadence.

What AdCreative.ai does

AI ad-creative and banner generation for performance marketers. Metered by download rather than by campaign: tiers run from roughly $29–39/month for 10 credits up to $249/month for 200, so iteration-heavy testing burns a starter allowance fast.

What buyers report about AdCreative.ai

Recurring themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026 (the GetApp listing is marked last updated July 2026; the SourceForge reviews date from March to June 2024). We have not run AdCreative.ai ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.

What they praise
  • It generates a lot of ad variations quickly, which reviewers say genuinely saves time on testing when there is no designer on the team.
  • A real product with over 2 million users and a publicly listed parent company (Appier Group). Above 4.0 on G2.
What they complain about
  • Billing is the dominant complaint, not the product. The 7-day trial takes a card, and failing to cancel in time charges a full month or in some cases a full year. Reviewers report being charged $339 after cancelling the same day, with the charge landing days later.
  • Credits do not roll over — use them or lose them, which fights against planning campaigns in advance.
  • Refunds are slow and support on billing questions leans negative in reviewer accounts.
  • Every tier is metered by download credits rather than by campaign, so iteration-heavy testing burns an allowance fast. Price it per finished asset, not per month.
  • Refunds are the sharpest complaint and they are specific. GetApp carries an account of a refund request closed with a pointer to the terms without engaging with the evidence supplied, and another where support refunded only the most recent charge rather than the amount in dispute. That sits alongside the vendor's own narrow policy: no use at all, and within 7 days monthly or 30 days annually.
  • Reviewers on both platforms describe the generated creatives as repetitive and only lightly editable once produced.
  • Cost is a standing theme on GetApp, and SourceForge reviewers — founders, a social media marketer, freelancers — separately call the subscription expensive and say the included credits do not stretch to the volume of creatives they want.

Where the ratings disagree. The two platforms disagree with each other along a time axis rather than a subject one. The SourceForge reviews are from 2024 and are noticeably warmer; the GetApp material is from 2026 and is where the refund and pricing complaints cluster. That is consistent with sentiment souring rather than with the platforms attracting different people, so weight the recent set more heavily. Note the Shopify App Store listing exists but carries no reviews at all.

When the paid plan is worth it

AdCreative.ai has no free plan. The free option is a 7-day trial with 10 credits, after which you pick a paid tier. A credit is spent when you download a finished creative. The vendor's product page states you can generate as many creatives as you want, and that credits are consumed only when you download them — so your spend tracks the ads you ship rather than the ones you try.

The tiers are three families, not three prices, and each family has several credit steps. Starter runs $39/month for 10 credits and 1 brand, $89 for 15 credits and 2 brands, $139 for 30 credits and 2 brands, and $189 for 50 credits and 2 brands, with 1 user at every step. Professional starts at $249/month for 50 credits and 10 brands, then $339 for 75 credits and $400 for 100 credits, with 10 users.

Ultimate starts at $999/month for 100 credits and 25 brands, then $1,099 for 150 credits and $1,399 for 200 credits, with 20 users. Put side by side, the trade-off is concrete. A second brand does not require Professional: it costs $89/month inside Starter. A second seat does — Starter is a single user at every step, so the moment a colleague needs their own login the entry point is $249/month.

And 50 credits costs $189 in Starter but $249 in Professional; that $60 difference buys brand slots and seats, not extra downloads. If you are one person working on one or two brands, the top of Starter is the ceiling worth paying for. Longer commitments cut the monthly rate. The entry step of each family shows $29, $185 and $749 per month billed quarterly, and $20, $125 and $500 per month billed yearly.

Both columns were displayed on 2026-07-23 beneath a banner on the homepage pricing table reading "FATHERS'S DAY PREP SALE: 50% off yearly, 25% off quarterly plans!". No undiscounted quarterly or yearly rate appears anywhere on that table. So what those terms cost outside a discount is not something the page tells you. Two limits to weigh before committing. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over, so an unused month is gone rather than banked.

And a refund requires both that you did not use the service at all and that you ask within 7 days on a monthly plan or 30 days on an annual one.

How to actually use AdCreative.ai

Open Brands and choose Create a Brand. Enter your website URL and run Scan My Website; the vendor's help centre says it pulls your brand's name, logo and description from the site. Then check what it filled in, because the same article notes you can manually enter or edit any of the details. Add your logo yourself: the help centre describes dragging and dropping it into the logo field, or clicking the field to select it.

The app then picks 3 colours automatically from your logo. Under Advanced Setup, connect the ad accounts you want (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest), then finish creating the brand. From there you create a project, write the headline, description, CTA and URL, and generate. Two mechanics are worth knowing before you start. Credits leave your balance only on download: the vendor's product page states you can generate as many creatives as you want and that credits are consumed only when you download them, so review inside the app and download only what you will actually run.

And credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over, so whatever you do not use that month is gone rather than banked.

The catch
Two honest notes.
Best for
performance marketers and creative teams that want competitor ad research and AI ad-creative generation for Meta and TikTok in one platform

Both names above are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. Neither changes what this table says: both columns come straight from the vendors’ own pricing pages.

The natural comparison is Atria or Canva — Atria adds competitor ad intelligence; Canva is manual but unmetered — AdCreative's edge is brand-locked volume generation. Weigh it against Canva on the job you actually need done.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a working AdCreative.ai discount or promo code?

You probably do not need one, and that is the honest answer. Their pricing table has carried a banner reading FATHER'S DAY PREP SALE: 50% off yearly, 25% off quarterly plans on every reading we hold — 23 July 2026 and again on 15 August 2026, well past Father's Day. A discount present in every observation is the price, not an event. Note also that the page publishes no undiscounted yearly or quarterly rate, so there is nothing to measure the 50% against.

Is AdCreative.ai a scam?

No, it is a working product with a real complaint pattern, and the two are worth separating. What buyers actually report on the review platforms is difficulty getting money back: refund requests closed with a pointer to the terms, and in one account only the most recent charge refunded rather than the amount in dispute. The vendor's own policy is narrow — a refund requires that you did not use the service at all and that you ask within 7 days on a monthly plan or 30 days on an annual one. Combine that with credits that expire each cycle and a discounted yearly plan, and the risk is not fraud, it is committing 12 months up front to something you cannot unwind. Start monthly.

What does a second brand or a second person cost?

A second brand is cheap and a second seat is expensive. Starter carries 2 brands from its $89 step upward, so a second brand costs $89 a month rather than a tier change. But Starter is 1 user at every step, so the moment a colleague needs their own login you are on Professional at $249. Note the overlap that creates: 50 credits costs $189 in Starter and $249 in Professional, so that $60 buys brands and seats, not extra downloads.

What should I weigh before buying Growth & Revenue software?

It depends on whether you have the bottleneck it solves. Small teams get the most out of this category when one clear problem is already costing real hours or revenue; buying ahead of that just adds cost and another login. Price it against the hours or lost deals it removes, not against its feature list, and start on the smallest plan that covers the job.
