QuartileQuartile Review (2026)No Price Anywhere on the Site

E-commerceResearched assessment · by Daniel HaketUpdated 2026-09-01

Everything about the sales motion here is a conversation.

Best for: brands and sellers already running paid media across several retail networks at once — Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, Google, Meta and Microsoft — who would rather hand the whole set to one team than wire together a tool per channel. The fixed account team is the actual product here, not a support tier, and if you were going to hire an agency anyway then a platform with people attached is a fair shape for the money.

Pricing (2026)

✓ Pricing re-verified 7 Aug 2026

(2026-08-07, read on their own site) There is no public pricing. quartile.com/pricing serves the same page as the homepage — no tier, no rate card and no entry figure anywhere on it, and the only call to action is Request Demo. The dollar amounts the site does show are volume claims about their customer base rather than prices: over $2B in annual retail advertising spend managed and over $25B in annual managed revenue, across 5,300+ customers in more than 32 countries.

Two audiences are named, Small Business and Mid-Market/Enterprise, with no rate attached to either. Budget for this one from a written quote, because nothing else exists. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

🎟️ Reader offer: 40% off the first three months for new customers, supplied by Quartile via PartnerStack on 7 Aug 2026 with no end date given. There is no code to type, but there is no sign-up flow either: Quartile told us on 31 Aug 2026 that their PartnerStack links have not tracked since last year and moved us to a direct link to their demo form, so raise the referral discount on the demo call and get it in writing with the quote. Read the shape of it before you count on it: Quartile publishes no prices at all, so this is 40% off a figure you will not see until your quote arrives, and it covers three months rather than the ongoing rate. No code needed — it runs through our partner link.

The honest knock

The product is sold as a platform plus a dedicated account team, and there is no self-serve entry: the only route in is Request Demo. That carries a cost which never appears on the page — you cannot size this against your ad budget before you talk to someone, and you cannot put it next to a competitor on paper. It matters more than usual in this category, because the direct peers do publish.

Our own dossiers have Teikametrics at $149 a month billed annually for up to $10K in monthly ad spend, plus 3% of spend above that (read 2026-08-01), and BidX at €495 a month for its self-service Amazon tier (read 2026-08-06). Against those two, Quartile is an unknown until you have a quote in hand. The introductory offer runs into the same wall. New customers arriving through a referral link get 40% off their first three months, which is a real discount — but it is forty per cent of a number nobody publishes, on the first three invoices only, with the normal rate from month four.

Treat it as a reason to ask for the quote, not as a saving you can put in a spreadsheet. One more figure to handle carefully: the 41% average increase in ROAS on their homepage is Quartile's own number, measured by Quartile on Quartile's customers. Nobody independent has checked it and neither have we, so ask what the sample was and over what period before you let it weigh on the decision.

What Quartile does

Retail media optimisation across Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, Google, Meta and Microsoft, and ChatGPT Ads as well since August 2026 (the vendor told us on 31 Aug 2026; we have not seen it ourselves), sold as a platform plus a dedicated account team rather than a self-serve tool. Demo-led with no public pricing of any kind: no tiers, no entry rate, nothing on the pricing page (read 7 Aug 2026). The 41% average ROAS uplift on their homepage is the vendor's own claim.

What buyers report about Quartile

Recurring themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run Quartile ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.

What they praise
  • Nearly all the praise is about people rather than software: named account managers who communicate well and bring the strategy. That is worth knowing, because the account team is what you are actually buying here.
  • The single-ASIN, single-keyword and waterfall campaign structures, plus bulk campaign management across several marketplaces at once, are what analysts running European Amazon accounts credit for the time saved.
What they complain about
  • The granular structure cuts both ways: an analyst managing hundreds of campaigns (October 2025) says oversight and decision-making get harder at that scale, and another reviewer wants a simple metrics view for someone who is not in the tool daily.
  • The people implementing the changes are usually not the people you speak to, so reviewers cannot find out why a given change was made.
  • The one detailed long-term negative (November 2023, a consumer-goods CEO after eighteen months) is severe: campaign structures that de-ranked them on top keywords and bloated campaigns leaking spend, which the reviewer blames on the company scaling headcount faster than account quality.

Where the ratings disagree. 4.5 across 94 reviews, and the shape matters more than the number: the five-star reviews tend to be short and about one named account manager, while the low ratings are long and about media results. When the review is really a review of a person, the service is only as good as staffing continuity — ask who will run your account and what happens when they move on.

There is no plan to weigh, so weigh the quote

There is nothing to compare here, and that is the finding. quartile.com/pricing serves the same page as the homepage: no tiers, no rate card, no entry figure, and one call to action, which is Request Demo. The dollar amounts the site does show are volume claims about their own book, not prices: over $2B in annual retail ad spend managed and over $25B in managed revenue across 5,300+ customers in 32 countries.

Those claims are still useful, because you can divide them. $2B of managed ad spend across 5,300 customers is an average of about $377,000 a year per customer, or roughly $31,000 a month. That is the size of business Quartile is built around, and if your ad spend is an order of magnitude below it you are not their median customer and the quote will tell you so. It also lets you build a yardstick from peers who do publish.

Our own dossiers have Teikametrics at $149 a month billed annually for up to $10K of monthly ad spend, plus 3% of everything above that (read 2026-08-01), and BidX at €495 a month for its self-service Amazon tier (read 2026-08-06). Run Quartile's own average customer through Teikametrics' published formula — $149 plus 3% of the $21,446 above the threshold — and you get about $792 a month. At $100K of monthly spend the same formula gives $2,849, and at $500K it gives $14,849.

That is not what Quartile charges; it is the order of magnitude a percentage-of-spend model produces at your size, and it is the number to have in your head when the quote arrives. Handle the introductory offer carefully. New customers arriving through a referral link get 40% off their first three months. Three months at 40% off is 1.2 months of value, which across a first year is a 10% discount, not a 40% one — and it is 10% of a number nobody publishes, with the full rate from month four.

One more figure to hold at arm's length: the 41% average ROAS increase on their homepage is Quartile's own number, measured by Quartile on Quartile's customers. Nobody independent has checked it and neither have we. Ask what the sample was and over what period before you let it weigh on the decision.

How to actually use Quartile

There is no self-serve route in, so the first step is the demo — which means the preparation matters more than usual. Go in with your monthly ad spend written down, because every plausible pricing model in this category is anchored to it, and with the peer figures beside it: Teikametrics at $149 a month plus 3% of spend above $10K, BidX at €495 a month self-serve. Those are the only published comparisons you will have.

Ask for four things in writing. The pricing basis — flat fee, percentage of spend, or both, and what happens when spend rises mid-contract. The contract term and notice period. What the dedicated account team actually includes and what is billable on top of it. And the sample behind the 41% ROAS claim: how many accounts, over what period, measured against what baseline. If a referral discount comes up, price it correctly before it influences anything: 40% off three months is 10% off the first year, and the full rate applies from month four. Budget from the month-four number, not the month-one number.

Quartile vs Teikametrics, side by side

Both columns come from the same place: each vendor’s own published pricing, read on the date shown in the sources at the foot of this page. We do not average them into a score.

Amazon and Walmart sellers spending enough on ads that a few points of efficiency covers the fee — under $10K a month the flat $149 is straightforward

The Quartile link above is an affiliate link — we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you — and the other column is a plain link. Neither changes what this table says: both columns come straight from the vendors’ own pricing pages.

The natural comparison is Teikametrics — the useful comparison, because it is broadly the same job with the opposite pricing posture. Teikametrics publishes: $149 a month billed annually for up to $10K in monthly ad spend, $179 billed monthly, and above that threshold a custom base plus 3% of ad spend (our dossier, read 2026-08-01). Quartile publishes nothing at all and sells through a demo. What Quartile offers in exchange is reach and people — Instacart, Criteo, Google, Meta and Microsoft alongside Amazon and Walmart, with a fixed team on the account — where Teikametrics is Amazon and Walmart software you run yourself. Get a written quote from Quartile at your real monthly spend and hold it against the Teikametrics arithmetic at that same number; that is the only comparison here that means anything..

Frequently asked questions

What should I weigh before buying E-commerce software?

Check your platform and version specifically. Shopify support is close to universal in this category, while WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and headless setups vary a lot, and 'supported' sometimes means a generic API rather than a maintained app. A listing in your own platform's app store, with recent reviews there, is a better signal than the vendor's logo wall.
